The Sandpiper Dunes in Ocean City, Maryland is a uniquely designed building offering three floor plans and a location of your choice: oceanfront or oceanblock. All vacation rental units are equipped with a washer, dryer, dishwasher and air conditioning. No pets, please.




SMOKING AND VAPING IS PROHIBITED ON BALCONIES AND IN ALL COMMON AREAS. VIOLATORS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO A FINE OF $200.00 AFTER ONE WARNING.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

First Time

This was our first rental in Ocean City. It did not disappoint. The ADA mats to the beach were extremely convenient for my elderly mother. The proximity to restaurants was great as well. Very comfortable stay!

Loved this location. A minute walk to the beach without having to go up and down stairs. Close enough to boardwalk to not be a hassle getting to it yet far enough away so it to not feel like it was on top of you. Great view of the beach from the balcony. Room was clean. Only down side was beds were not the most comfortable and the unit had begun to get a little be to pricey.

Great place to stay in midtown!

We enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable! The location is great with a beautiful view of the ocean and short walk to the beach, as well as within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The unit had a few things that weren't listed: 4-5 beach chairs, boogie boards, sand/pool toys, a standard automatic drip coffee maker and a large George Foreman grill. It had plenty of room for the 6 of us and enough room for additional friends and family to join us for dinner one night. The only issue we had was some confusing communications about the check in procedure with Vacasa. You have to pick up a packet at their office in order to get your parking passes and pool tags.

Disappointed

I have stayed at sand piper dunes for years now . I was surprised to see are room not as cleaned and tidy as previous years . My family will be looking at different condos for next year family vacation . For the money spent very disappointing.

Great updated unit with views of the ocean. I would have gave it 5 stars but was not able to check in early even though Vacasa stated that day an early check in would be granted if the unit was ready early. I know the unit was ready early as a family member was staying two units down and noticed the unit ready hours before the 4 o’clock check in.
