This is an absolutely perfect place for a family to stay at. It’s amazing how close the beach is to the condo. Will 100% book again next year.

Kimberly is an amazing host! She was proactive and a great communicator. She provided all the details we needed for a perfect stay. Her home is clean and very comfortable. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach. We will be staying here any time we are in town!

Location is great with ocean in front yard and in between OC boardwalk and Rehoboth boardwalk. The room is perfect for two people.

Fantastic Stay and Location

We loved the location- right on the beach and wonderful for the kids. Communication was great. Unit was clean and comfortable with lots of beach gear. Would stay here again!

The condo had everything needed to enjoy a beach vacation! We loved being 7 steps to the sand! The inside was very cozy and welcoming!

Great place and location

My family and I stayed for a week in July 2023. Location was fantastic. Reallt enjoyed the proximity to the ocean as well as restaurants/shops. The property was clean and had everything you need and nothing you dont. Would stay again.

Kim was great at communicating all pertinent details, and very quick responding to me. The location is fantastic! The condo was clean, and met our needs. There were an ample amount of beach chairs, and a convenient beach locker to store everything. Highly recommend!

Great stay on the beach!

Our family came here for a long weekend and enjoyed our visit! The house was clean and we loved the close proximity to the beach! Just a few steps from the ocean, and the sand in front was a great spot for kids to play. Thanks so much!

Great location!

This is our third year staying here. The sand is right outside your door and the location is right by shops, restaurants, ice cream, etc. We hope to return next year!

Nice little spot to stay

We had 3 adults and one teenager and had plenty of room. We were able to make dinners and enjoyed the outside seating. Our neighbors were quiet and friendly and we had plenty of room on the beach. We would stay here again.

Beautiful location

We enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, the deck offers magnificent views, and the ocean is really close. The condo was comfortable. The owner communicated well. A great few days at the beach!

The ocean was visible and but the beach was not. But the sound of waves crashing as I sat on the deck was so enjoyable. I would stay here again for sure. The place was smaller than pictures let on, however it was perfect for my son and I to come and get away, wish we could have came for a week.
