This amazing Mid-Town ocean-block condominium is perfect for your next getaway! This is a two bedroom (plus pull out sofa), two full bath, end unit. Enjoy nice views while relaxing on the private balcony. This property is close to the beach and conveniently located close to the Ocean City convention center, as well as lots of local restaurants, shopping, and amusements. A short drive will take you to Ocean City's boardwalk, local casino, local parks, and golf courses.

This property features new luxury vinyl flooring, new living room furnishings, a washer/dryer, central air, Comcast/Xfinity CATV, wireless internet, a new dining table, and updated kitchen appliances including a new dishwasher. Enjoy comfortable beds, including two new twin beds, during your stay.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Not a good bedding condo

The bedding situation is terrible. Primary bedroom has a double bed that is a terrible fit for a married couple. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds, which is fine. The problem there was every time you moved an inch in the bed, the squeaking of the bed makes a loud squeaking noise all night. One of the twin beds is ready to fall apart. The headboard doesn’t seem attached. There are 23 coffee mugs in the cupboards but only one frying pan! Condo was not vacuumed and one toilet had black mold inside. They obviously did not clean the condo as they said. The floor in bathroom needs to be refloored. There was more black mold on the patio ceiling. The two bedroom carpets had so many stains on them it was terrible. The two tvs are the size of a computer screen, not very large at all. No chairs for the beach to use either.

great location and we come here every year. check in always seem be be later than the year before. you'd think with the money we are paying that it would be cleaned and ready to go a little earlier.

DO NOT RENT THIS CONDO UNTIL READING OUR REVIEW

I very much wish there was a way to upload photos to this review site. This condo can be compared to a slum. We assume they must primarily rent to youth who do not care about the conditions they are living in. The online photos are completely deceptive. All furniture looks like it came from Goodwill and needs to be disposed, carpeting has LARGE stains from who knows what, table and chairs are gouged, sofa chair has stain, sofa material is falling apart with tear, fabric is pilling, and cushions are shot, sofa pillows are filthy, all vent covers are rusted, one bath curtain is completely mildewed and brown, bathroom shower rods are rusted, bathroom shower walls have cracks, one closet is full of "stuff" halfway up the wall, cabinet below kitchen sink is filthy with one bottle oozing, bathroom cabinets are a mess inside and out, linoleum is pitted, bathtubs were brown, mirrors and glass doors to deck were dirty, stove had food debris all over it, microwave had sand on it, walls on either end of blinds in living room had holes and some other color paint or primer rolled on the upper portion of the wall, blinds are falling apart, wall near microwave was patched with what looked like white tape or vinyl, one toilet was not working, bed spreads had stains, bathroom throw carpets were filthy, had debris and small pieces of TP on them, front door had scratches all over it with a dirty washable blue matt that looked brown, coffee pot had old grounds in it and heating element was filthy, two foot rests had been recovered with cartoon theme felt material and had loose fabric hanging down, bifold doors to laundry area had one door upside down and one door was not painted, two lamp shades had either burn or liquid stains on them, bathroom mirrors need to be replaced. We were horrified when we walked in. We have rented from VRBO for years and have never come across anything like this before. In our opinion, this condo should be removed from all rental listings until it is gutted. We were on the phone until 11pm trying to get switched to another location but they could not call us back until the next day. We placed a sheet on the sofa to sit down, and had to sleep in the bed, we prayed we would not bring cockroaches back with us from this condo. We ended up finding another condo on our own. Currently waiting on refund.
