This condo, located bayside, boasts spectacular views of the bay, ocean, Coast Guard, and Assateague Island! You will enjoy watching the amazing boating activity just beyond the condo. The beautiful ocean and fun-filled boardwalk is just two blocks away! Relax on the large balcony furnished with its own Tiki Bar to take in the spectacular sunsets. This property was completely renovated for your enjoyment and features a large 12-foot sliding door out to the balcony. This property has a beautiful new kitchen equipped with stunning new quartz countertops, new cabinets, and all new appliances. The bedrooms and baths have been updated, and the home includes three new flatscreen cable TVs, high-speed WiFi, and all new furniture in the living room and dining area! You'll even have all new flooring throughout as well as updated tubs and tile! Come join the fun!

Free WiFi

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This place is a gem.

Everything about this condo was amazing. The location, the views, the ease of checking in and out - great! The place is beautifully decorated with everything you could need. It felt more like staying at a very tasteful friend's place than renting a space to sleep while beaching. If we ever come back to OCMD, this will be our place.

Great location, amenities, and clean!

Overall I’d highly recommend this place. We will likely re-book if we find ourselves in Ocean City again. Perfect for us as two adults and 3 young kids. Very close to the boardwalk, bay, restaurants and entertainment. We didn’t need to drive anywhere. Very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Very responsive as well. The pool was nice and they had everything we needed in the kitchen as well.

Great Location

This is the fourth time we have stayed in this unit. There are five of us and it's a very roomy place. Sitting on the balcony in the morning and evening was very pleasant. Location for Sunfest couldn't be beat! We will be coming back.

Great condo, unbelievable vacation

This condo fit our family with plenty of extra room. We couldn't believe how close were were to the boardwalk and the bayside views! The unit was very clean, had plenty of linens, kitchenware, and we loved the extra guardrail pillow to use on the top bunk. We will definitely be back!

Needs better cleaning services

The location of this condo was great but the cleanliness of the space was disgusting. As much as we wanted to love this condo and rent again, we unfortunately will not be back due to the lack of cleaning. Very frustrating.

Hidden Gem Near Boardwalk

This condo had everything you could possibly need for a wonderful family vacation. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking, ability to do laundry, two bathrooms, and a wonderful outdoor area that overlooks the bay, ocean, and boardwalk rides. It was spotless clean upon arrival and we enjoyed every minute of staying here. Owners thought of a lot of details that make a big difference. No complaints about our stay, truly a wonderful vacation spot and an awesome location just blocks from the OC boardwalk. No need to pay for parking anywhere, just walk into the middle of everything in minutes. Close enough to in the action but far enough away to be very, very quiet at night as well, a big plus.

I just came from an extended weekend there and felt very unsure of alot of things. First, we were getting mixed messages about trying to check in early since the location of where you obtain keys and such was not at the actual facility we were staying at which made the day of checking in confusing. We called the office and the woman was so rude. Once we checked in at 4 we were handed a magazine and a bag with no instructions. The unit was upstairs and it took two days to learn there was an elevator. We had no idea how to work the thermostat and was either freezing or sweating. We could not find the garbage shoot and just felt as if there was no clear direction on how to do anything. I did not know we had to give back the key to the pool since its not needed for anything and forgotten about. We had to check out early due to a family emergency and left some things behind. When i emailed I was told I had to pay $25 plus tax and shipping charges as a search fee, which doesnt seem fair since someone is already going to be there to clean and I know exactly where the left behind item is. Just overall, a very confusing, flustering time while trying to navigate through a place i've never been

Beautiful place and view!

I would definitely stay here again. The view of the ocean and bay from the room was beautiful. The location was ideal. We were able to fish and crab right from the condo. The pool was right next to the bay so the views were beautiful while swimming. There was a fishing pier, the boardwalk (end where the rides are), and the beach all within a very short walk. The only negative things I could say is the communication could be improved. We couldn’t get into the pool for over an hour bc it is locked and there was no key to be found. I spent a long time on the phone with the rental company while they were search. It would be a good idea to post information within the condo with about the pool access, trash, etc.

Nice condo

The kitchen was nice, not sure why the appliances were all locked out, figured those out. Could use a fly swatter in the unit. Nice to have linens and towels. There was kitchen soap and towels also. Paper towels were left, with all that not one single sheet of toilet paper was there. We left 4 plus rolls for the next tenants and a new pack of paper places. The beds are unusually high - hard to get into and out of. Balcony was very nicely appointed.
