Ocean View et seulement des marches sur le sable !!

Rénovation complète et complète terminée en juin 2019. Trois chambres à coucher complètes et 3 1/2 salles de bain complètes à quelques pas de l'océan. Sortez par la porte, tournez à droite et faites un demi-bloc à l'océan. Pas de rues animées à traverser. À peine s'améliore-t-il.

La maison:
1er étage: Queen BR et salle de bain complète et pont arrière hors chambre
2ème étage: Cuisine (Refrig., Cuisinière, D / W, Micro) Slider to Deck où vous pouvez sortir ou aller chercher des crabes et les apprécier aussi. Nouveaux planchers de bois partout.

3ème étage: chambre principale avec sa propre salle de bain complète et la deuxième chambre avec une salle de bain complète. La chambre principale a la terrasse avec vue sur l'océan.

Belle, grande piscine (sécurisée)
Douche extérieure revenant de la plage.

Perfect getaway

We stayed for one week as a family of 6. The house was great. Beds were comfortable. Location was perfect. So much to do, walking distance. Hope to visit again next year!

Wonderful vacation!

This property was even better than expected! So many things in walking distance! We enjoyed all the amenities, especially the bikes. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were super comfortable! The host is very responsive and we will definitely stay here again!

The location was the biggest selling point for me and my family. The ease of just loading up a wagon, and taking a less than a minute stroll to the beach access point made life so much easier. Bonus was that at the entry way to the beach there were occasional pop food trucks!The property itself was lovely! Plenty of space for my family, I loved the mornings on the deck sipping my coffee, and evenings just relaxing.Can’t wait to come back again!

Beautifully updated beach townhouse!

The owners have done a thoughtful and lovely job updating the property (new kitchen, new floors, updated baths). This townhome is in a sought after townhouse community because of its proximity to the beach and the community pool. We will definitely be staying there next summer!

Our family had a wonderful time!! We stayed 2nd week of July 2025. Place was perfect for us. Loved the Bikes!! Chairs a huge plus, appreciated the owner making a special trip to unlock storage door that I locked on accident!! Can walk to so many places. Definitely will be staying again! Great location

We stayed for 2 weeks. Perfect location. I needed my car twice to get groceries. Everything is in walking distance from mini golf, go carts, surf shops, restraints and the beach. The condo was perfect size for our family of 5 and very clean

Another wonderful vacation. This is our second time staying, and it was amazing. The house is clean, well-appointed, homey, and perfect for our family. The beach is only steps away! Perfect Location to the Beach

Our stay in Fenwick Island was fabulous! The condo was clean, well stocked and very close to the beach. The owner is wonderful, very good communication! Besides beach chairs, they also provide a BBQ and bikes which we loved! Always a fun time at this location/condo!

Beach house is clean, well furnished, well stocked with kitchen needs. We celebrated 50 years at Fenwick with over 100 family/friends. Great time. Owner is very approachable.

Another great visit

This is our second year staying at this lovely beach home and we continue to love it! The kitchen is stocked with lots of functional equipment, the short walk to the beach allows for all of us to come and go throughout the day - including my 12 year old, and having the bikes and beach gear on-site frees up so much space in the car! The pool is perfect for those days when you need a dip to cool off but aren't up for a beach day. Highly recommend!

Perfect Beach Vacation

We had a marvelous stay at this beautiful, clean, and well-stocked beach townhouse. The location was terrific - just across the street from the entrance to the beach. The pool was great for cooling off, too. The home is even more lovely than the pictures indicate. And, the owner is thoughtful and easy to communicate with - the house is stocked with everything you need to enjoy your vacation, and check-in and out was a breeze. Our family of five fit very comfortably. We are already booking for next year!

Wow! Perfect place made for a perfect vacation!

The pictures of this property don’t do it justice. The house is immaculate, well-appointed, and feels like home. The owner, Richard, couldn’t have been more accommodating or helpful. Some highlights: being steps to the beach, the quaint town with shopping in walking distance, the up to date kitchen with ice maker, the balconies, quiet street, and comfy beds. We will be coming back. Thank you, Richard for the much needed break from reality.

Perfect low-key getaway

This was our first visit to Fenwick Island and we couldn't have been happier! The house is located just the right distance from the beach and the road - enough so my 11 year old could easily make it back and forth from the house without any concern. As someone who cooks quite a bit on vacation, it was a delight to find high-quality supplies and some kitchen basics already available. Between the location and access to the beach cruisers, we didn't move the car all week - even took a ride up to Bethany for the day. The wifi allowed 3 of 4 adults to work online without any problems and there was lots of space to tuck away for zoom calls or meetings without having to keep the entire house hushed. Will definitely be back!

Great Stay at Fenwick Island

Great location! We were only a minute walk from the beach. The place was clean and looked very modern. We had great communication with owner and we highly recommend staying here. A+++

Just finished a complete renovation throughout in June of 2019. All new SS appliances, Marble Counter tops in the Kitchen and new floors throughout. Granite or Quartz in all of the 3 full separate bathrooms and half bath. Large TV's with Cable and WIFI throughout. No where better to stay with such quick access to the beach in Fenwick.
