This was a perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Had all the amenities, super clean, and the host was amazing to communicate with. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Our second stay at this property and it was every bit as good as the first. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The heated bathroom floor was great, especially in the morning. When I had questions for the host, she got back to me promptly. We usually ate lunch on the outdoor patio.

It was our second time staying here and we enjoyed it very much. The unit was clean and comfortable. Loved the heated bathroom floor, especially in the morning. We often had lunch on the outside patio and later relaxed in the living room after a busy day with relatives. The communications with the host were easy and helpful.

5 stars all around. Had a couple question regarding TV and heating/cooling that owner promptly answered. A suggestion would be to have some instructions available. Can't think of anything else owner could have done to make the place better.

So four days before our booking I asked for a cancellation for bad weather. Denied. It states that this place has WiFi. It does but it did not work. We had to use each other's Hot Spots. The front door would not lock. So our entire stay the front door was unlocked. Unless you know your way around Roku good luck watching TV. There was a “Garage” but no directions on how to open and use. This compound has three rentals. One big and two super small. We got the super small one. For the $$ paid?? Can’t imagine what they charge for the big one. Last but definitely not least. This compound is on a corner of a very busy and fast moving freeway. Pulling out and into traffic was a complete nightmare. Very dangerous. Especially in the rain.

Warm and comfy

This property’s rural-like setting enabled us to experience a peaceful stay while still being located close to our planned destinations. After encountering cold, wet weather during some of our outdoor activities, we enjoyed returning to the apartment’s cozy fireplace and comfy leather furniture.

The apartment was a little dusty. It was not as clean as I had hoped but otherwise it was a perfect location, had everything we could have asked for and needed.

The only reason I chose this location is because it was listed as having garage parking. When I arrived there was no access to the garage or instructions so I text the number provided and was simply told "there is not garage parking available" so that was a huge let down for me. This should not be offered if it is not going to be available. The next issue was that I was not able to lock the front door when I left. I had to leave the house unlocked until I returned late that night and I was traveling alone. They did text and told me what I needed to do to get it to work. I was able to lock it and once I locked it from the inside. I noticed there was a small faded sticker on the inside of the door explaining how to lock it. The problem is once I arrived I left my things and left so when you are trying to lock it from the outside for the first time, you won't see the notes. It would be super helpful to have these instructions on the actual instruction sheet that was left on the counter. Lastly this property does have another rental that you share a wall with. My first night it was super quiet as I don't think it was rented but the second night I could hear everyone's conversations and activities well into late at night as they are somewhat connected. Otherwise the house was super clean and had a very comfortable bed. It was set up with whatever you need but the wifi is very slow and I did end up using my work hotspot.

Great for a couple

The apartment is well appointed. It was very quiet. The location was great. Only thing I would change is the apartment is built for people who are on the taller side. I had a little trouble reaching some of the cupboards and couldn't reach to controls on the stackable washer/dryer. If the apartment had a small step stool it would have been perfect.
