High-end accommodations with gas fireplace with remote for cozy evenings, full kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom with ultra-comfortable king bed. The outdoor patio is fantastic for enjoying a glass of wine and observing nature right outside your front door. A lighted pathway leads to 2 parking spots for your usage.

Also, please note that the unit has no steps or stairs and parking is right outside the front door just a few steps to the one-level apartment on the ground floor. Speed free Internet Wi-fi, big screen HD TV, free on-demand cable/movies. Children are welcome, porta-crib available.

The suite has been upgraded with a new antiviral/virus filtration system.

Biking n hiking trails start from the back yard. Your comfort matters.

Close to Issaquah Swedish Hospital. Just down the road from Snoqualmie Falls, beautiful historic Snoqualmie & railway, and golf. Close to filming locations of Twin Peaks n Tweede`s. Located at the base of open trails on the vacated Snoqualmie railway. Float the nearby Snoqualmie River, hike, bike, or horse ride for miles of grand nature. Nightlife includes Snoqualmie Casino, just 6 miles away. Cozy fireplace in the winter, the air in the summer very Private.

And by the way, this is one of two apartments on or traveling with family that wants their own place this is the perfect location.

Check-in anytime from 3 PM on. To access the apartment, turn off Highway 202 also known as Fall City Snoqualmie Road at 356th Dr. SE. The very first home you will see on the left-hand side is your destination. You`ll see a driveway in front of a stone fence then and you have arrived. Enter the gate of the stone fence to access your apartment.
Your dog is welcome but please keep him/her off beds and sofas.

I truly enjoyed the warm and welcoming space and appreciated how responsive the host was throughout my two-month stay. The home is comfortable and has many lovely qualities. I did notice some orange-gold sediment in the water, which made me a bit hesitant to use it for drinking/cooking. A filtration system was installed during my stay to help address the issue, though it seems some sediment remained. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but future guests may want to be aware of the water quality.

Absolutely beautiful

The accommodation were perfect. Very thoughtful and want for nothing. The living room couch folds to a bed, was worried for comfort...... it had a pad that makes it so comfortable , you wouldn't know you were on a couch. Would definitely stay again, was very comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with spices, coffee and basic essentials and then some. Above our expectations. Same for the bathroom. As for the king bed room, BEAUTIFUL Thank you for letting us stay

So So Nice

It was so nice to have a private space to park with a private courtyard area. Air conditioning was going full tilt when I arrived and it was glorious on such a hot day. I felt so safe there, even being alone. It was clean, well thought out, and kinda fancy. The bedding was comfy and a bit hotel-like making it feel even fancier. I'd love to stay here again.

Beautiful Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment in Fall City, it was comfortable, clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed and more! When we come back to the area, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Three day weekend

We stayed at this Vrbo for a three-day weekend and overall had a very pleasant experience. The home was exceptionally clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on—definitely a highlight of our stay.There are a few things to note for future guests. It would be helpful to have more detailed instructions for the heating system and for using the two television remotes. When we arrived, the home was quite cold and took some time to warm up, so keeping a bit of heat on between guests might help, especially in cooler months. There was also a noticeable mildew smell, which I assume is due to the dampness of the surrounding environment.One consideration for older guests: there is a high step up into the bedroom closet that could be challenging for some.That said, knowing what to expect, I would definitely rent this property again. It’s a lovely spot, and with just a few adjustments, it could be even more comfortable and welcoming.

Twin Peaks Perfect Getaway

This location is easily accesible to many twin peaks locations. The check in process was super easy and the location has great amenities and even though the space is a little oddly shaped it really worked well for us. If i came back I'd stay here in a heartbeat.

Consistent and Comfortable

We have stayed at Evelyn's "Momma Bear" unit many times and it never disappoints us. We appreciate the location to our family who lives in the area and responsiveness to our inquiries. We will be back for sure!

Fall city lodging

Very responsive, 2nd time I’ve stayed here, full of amenities and great location. I rated it 4 stars this time since the water was rust colored and took nearly 30mins of running tap before it cleared up as per owner. Toilet bowl also rust stained from sediment which should have been cleaned before check in. There is bottled water in house to drink. Water situation was disconcerting, thus the rating this time around.Chk in/out very smooth. F/P great to have.

Perfect Stay

Place was very clean and very well thought through. At first, I didn’t realize it was kind of a compound but it didn’t bother me at all (neither did my close neighbors). Door lock needed some figuring out as it never worked on the first try. It felt like it needed to be turned on before working. Overall, great place! Near restaurants, attractions, etc!

Homelike stay

The Mama Bear apartment was exactly as described. It was a little chilly due to a problem with the heat, but Gerry & Evelyn were very responsive to messages and it was repaired quickly. The bathroom is starting to show wear on the faucets but has good pressure despite the usual regional usage restrictions. The place is super clean in spite of hard water (no sulfer smell & drinking water dispenser was provided) Google maps brought me to the correct driveway with address provided - even if I didn't trust it at first :) Only a few minutes from Snoqualmie Hospital and Aroma Coffee! I look forward to staying again.

Wonderful stay--clean and quiet

What a nice guesthouse for our weekend in Carnation! The master bedroom is spacious, and the large bed was really comfortable. My daughter slept on the futon, and the extra memory foam pad was a bonus. She said it was really comfortable, too. The rocking leather chairs were cozy, and we loved the quite property. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

This is one of the top three properties we have ever stayed at while on vacation. Not only is the property clean and well appointed, it includes thoughtful touches like air purifier, water cooler, laundry detergent, and first aid kit that you normally do not find at other places. The king bed is very comfortable and the whole place is so quiet that we had no problem getting a good night sleep. Communication with Evelyn is very easy and her check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and concise. The property is only a few minutes drive from Snoqualmie Falls and lots of restaurants and wine tasting rooms in the surrounding area. I highly recommend Evelyn's place and can't wait to go back!

Lovely getaway!

A cozy farmhouse-type stay. Very clean, very family friendly, and beautiful! The hosts clearly love their property, and it results in such a nice little getaway. Still close to plenty of attractions and food, too. We had a fantastic time!

This is a nice property with a charming garden that I did not get to use. The place is clean and spacious for 1-2 people. I would rent the place again. PSA: If you enter the property from the wrong side, it is a little tricky to find the entrance to the rental wing of the house. I arrived ~11 and it took me ~20 min to figure out where to get in.
