Directly on Simpson Bay so an amazing view. Gated property with an onsite restaurant and bar with lots of others nearby. Jade, our host, was knowledgable and friendly. Would highly recommend

Impeccable Property - Stunning View

We enjoyed a relaxing few days at Lagoon Pearl. The clean, comfortable studio is in a gated community with pool, restaurants, and small grocery nearby. We hope to be back!

Clean property with plenty of space and everything you need. (Although no beach towels, but if you ask for a few extra bath towels, that will suffice.) The view of the water is lovely and the sunsets were nice to watch each day. The restaurant on the property has very good food (and the Mojitos were fantastic!). Mezza Luna is across the street and is wonderful! I ate at each several times. You’ll need a car to get to the beaches, but it’s a small island. Takes about 12 minutes to get to Marigot and 25-30 minutes to get to the other side of the island. Recommend Friar beach.

Lagoon Pearl - Nettle Bay

My partner and I had the most amazing stay in Lagoon Pearl - Nettle Bay. It was peaceful and relaxing with enough amenities to sustain and keep us occupied during our 10 day stay. The apartment was fantastic, very clean and had an amazing location, close to the Lagoon, pool and pool side bar. The host Camille was amazing and answered our questions prior to our arrival.

My husband and I were on an anniversary trip. The apartment was so romantic! The pictures do it no justice the view is absolutely picturesque. I enjoyed the shower as well. Restaurants within walking distance, grocery too ! Can’t wait to stay here again . Bring bug spray if you plan on enjoying the patio! It’s worth it trust me !

Cutest unit on a pretty, quiet beach!

The unit looks EXACTLY like the photos. The beach view is so calming & nice. The beach is empty 24/7. Only maybe a 15minute drive to Toppers, Simpson Beach, & SXM Airport. Easy short drive to Lotorie Farm, Orient Beach, and more. Host’s assistant Vanessa was always responsive & helpful when we needed her. Definitely suggest staying here!

Amazing view

We enjoyed the location and the view! Very relaxing and having the market near by was perfect. The Italian restaurant across the street was amazing. Everyone was nice and very accommodating. The property manager is aware of one small disappointment and that was the shower. The hot water took way too long. Other than that, it was a lovely stay.

Lagoon Pearl - SXM

We loved our time here. Our host met us at the gate and provided a brief tour of the property. All the basics were provided to get us started. The space was clean and well appointed, and the bed was quite comfortable. The view of the lagoon was gorgeous and it was relaxing to sit outside as there were few to no people at most times. There were children playing outside riding bikes and playing football. There is a convenient market just outside the gate, and a great Italian restaurant directly across the street.

Nice Studio but...

The studio apartment was nice and similar to the pictures, the check in, support while there and view were beautiful. However there were a lot of ants coming in under the front door into the bathroom, the power went out every evening, the water is not swimmable as it's a lagoon and the complex this unit is in is not in good shape. This is not in a walkable location and a car is needed.

Great view

My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights. The view is fantastic with gorgeous sunsets. The pictures are exactly as shown. Communication is great. The unit is very clean and has adequate kitchen utensils etc to cook your own meals. There is a great restaurant right next to the pool and a couple others within walking distance closeby. Unfortunately they don't recommend that you swim in the lagoon but there are excellent beaches closeby and the pool is right there and very quiet. It is a gated community that looks a bit dated but we felt safe and wouldn't hesitate to come back. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

First visit to St Martin

This is a great little property. Gwen was very responsive to any communication. Our water was out for a bit (a problem on the Island not with the location) and she brought us water to flush toilets and clean up. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. There is a restaurant on the beach and across the road and a bakery down the street. Would recommend renting a car in this location as there isn’t much to do. They only negative thing I would say is that you can’t swim in the water here so we didn’t get much use of the beach. The pool is clean and not busy.

Escape on Lagoon Pearl

Our visit to SXM was nothing short of amazing, the property was divine, very accommodable and clean. We had a slight hiccup with the hot water on our first night, which was rectified once we contacted Gwen, aside from that my only negative is the low water pressure when taking a shower. The studio has everything one would require for a short or extended stay, we even did our laundry. The view from the deck was simply breathtaking, I am going to miss watching the sunset from the deck and taking walks along the shoreline, were my sister and I spotted crabs and fishes. The pool was okay not too deep very safe for kids, we didn’t like the fact that it closed at 7p, but we made do. The location of the property is proximity to everything, market, wine shop, pharmacy, gas station, bakery, restaurant etc. Perfect stay!

appartement très bien aménagé hôte très sympatique et a l'écoute , manquait quelques petites choses , une éponge ,un torchon, un petit gel douche mentionné sur l'annonce , et surtout une bouteille d'eau qui serait une attention agréable pour l'arrivée .Sinon tout était parfait emplacement au top appartement et environnement super calme .

Yes! Jade was very friendly and welcoming. She met us at the property and showed us around. Answered questions and even informed us of nearby restaurants and places to see. The studio was absolutely beautiful! Had a wonderful view and even when being inside the studio you felt you were at the beach. Great swimming pools near the unit. Nicely decorated with plenty of storage. It was very comfortable and we felt very safe there. It made our vacation one we will never forget! Highly recommend this studio. Personally, we thought it was the best one in the whole complex!
