Welcome to Almost Home at Pointe Royale, Branson’s premier gated community! This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is an ideal choice for a getaway. You’ll love the spacious, open layout and the private sunroom, perfect for enjoying the views of the surrounding area.

The living room is inviting and comfortable, with plush furniture and a cozy electric fireplace. You’ll find plenty of room to entertain, or just kick back and relax. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and the dining area is the perfect place to enjoy them. Both bedrooms are roomy and comfortable, and the master bedroom features a luxurious en suite bathroom.

This condo is located in a great community, providing plenty of amenities for residents to enjoy. You’ll find a fitness center, a swimming pool, a clubhouse, and much more. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the views are stunning. You’re also within easy walking distance to the lake.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third time we rented this condo and when we return to Branson we will rent this unit again. The location was well located to most locals attractions. The unit has a pleasant decor that is comfortable. Our family ages ranged from 3-75, and we were very comfortable there. It was clean and well supplied with anything we needed to make a home away from home.

Beautiful condo in a great location
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at 8pm. GPS took us right to the complex. This was our first time to Branson. The complex has the main number on it and each door has its own room number on them. Every single door but this one has a sidewalk directly in front. You use the sidewalk from the condo to the left. In the dark we (at first) were wondering where to even go in except through the yard, haha. Having a ground floor condo was awesome. This condo is just down the street from the pool/clubhouse. Not close enough to walk but a very quick drive. The key code worked perfect and we were so excited to see how CLEAN this condo was! It was literally spotless. The cabinets were stocked with plenty of great dishes. Cuisinart stainless pots and pans, corelle dishes. I felt right at home. There were tons of spices and cooking supplies in the cabinets. The coffee bar was a great touch. They do have coffee pods but state to bring some, which we did. They also have a large coffee pot in the kitchen. The colors of the Condo are even more beautiful in person, and I assume they decorate for Christmas because I saw Christmas items stored! The enclosed porch was beautiful early in the morning. We drank our coffee out there and loved it. If you look at the tree line above you can see the Branson scenic overlook fenceline. We kept meaning to drive over to that area and look down at our Condo but never did. The beds were very comfortable and the televisions all had streaming networks completely signed in and ready to use. Nice touch! I didn’t have to worry about passwords etc. each tv had a headset, too! The water pressure was great and the jacuzzi tub was very clean and worked well. We had plenty of towels and wash cloths. Point Royale had an awesome outdoor/indoor pool. Very clean and tidy. It is a gated community and you get a key card. I liked that. It’s maybe 3 miles to town. We would absolutely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo, only issue was the description said it sleeps 6 so we assumed it had a pull-out bed. Maybe it was in some fine print somewhere, but it didn't so I'm guessing they expected 2 people to sleep on a couch and recliner.

Beautifully decorated. Quiet. Secure. Great host team. Super easy check-in & checkout. Clean. Amenities abound. Wireless headsets available on TVs in living room & bedroom 1. Coffee bar. Roomy. Can't say enough good things about this property. Hope we can return in the future!
