Welcome to the T'Villa! Pool house centrally located to everything.

Titusville is a hidden gem located in the Space Coast of sunny Florida. T'Villa is a private 3BR/2BA pool house in a quiet neighborhood. Centrally located to everytrhing. 35 minutes to Orlando Airport, 1 hour to Disney, 45 minutes to Daytona Speedway, 15 minutes to the Canaveral National Seashore, 10 minutes to Port Canaveral, 1 mile from the very best space launch viewing around. Patio has dining table for 8, additional; dining table for 4, sectional couch, gas grill, 4 lounge chairs. Wireless printer, Pack-N-Play, Extra Large Dog Kennel and bowls. King bedroom had ensuite bathroom. Smart TV's in living room and every bedroom.

Please note: we want to ensure that you have a safe, wonderful and private time at T’Villa. Located in the window of the outdoor shed is a security camera that is focused on the pool. The camera is disabled while guests are at the house. The only time that the camera is accessed is when there is an impending storm and the house is empty. A previous storm blew off part of the solar heating system and as the pump turned on it started emptying the pool. If you would prefer, you can tape paper in front of the camera lens during your stay however please remove it at your departure so that we can keep an eye on the pool while the house is empty. Thank you.

This was the perfect place for our family of 5 to stay for a quick getaway. The home is nice and cozy and we enjoyed time in the pool when the weather gave us a break from the rain.

Fantastic! Check-in ease, everything we needed to cook. Pool was fantastic. Clean. Lots of beds. Father-in-law was so impressed, he couldn’t stop talking about it. The stay felt like we were at home, very comfortable. Neighborhood quiet.

First Florida vacation

Our trip was really short notice, we needed a place close to where my husband would be working & T villa was about 7 minutes from there. So location was perfect for us. The whole family loved the pool & the whole backyard atmosphere. The cleaning lady was nice & very helpful, she even offered to pick up a pump for our pool floats. The house itself was very cozy & relaxing. My only complaint would be that the master bathroom toilet wasn’t in working order, it wouldn't flush so we were all stuck using 1 bathroom. However we made it work. We never reached out to the owners about the situation because the cleaning lady said she would. She reached out and said there was no response from them because they were on vacation. Overall our stay was very nice and much needed. The house was accurate to the listing other than the part about having a camera (I was told that had been removed a while back) and some of the outdoor lighting is different than in the description but it’s still lit up beautifully & such a great space. I would stay here again if we were ever headed back to Titusville.

A fun weekend away!

We enjoyed staying here for 2 nights for my husband's birthday. We had forgotten to check launches but by pure luck, saw a rocket launch from SpaceX in the backyard! 15 mins from KSC which we enjoyed. So much to do we'd love to come back and see more! House was more than what we needed, but I loved how well stocked it was so we could just enjoy our time. We didn't cook while there, but we did try out local places and bring it back to enjoy. Thanks again!!

Close to my favorite Beach

The location of this house is perfect. My favorite beach is Playalinda at the Canaveral National Seashore because it's beautiful and not at all crowded. It was only about a 20 minute drive. The house worked perfectly for us (3 adults and 2 kids) and we used the kitchen, pool and grill. We also walked down to Brusters (about .9 miles) for ice cream one night.

Great location for Kennedy Space Center

This home is a great location as Kennedy Space Center which is within a 15 minute drive. Plus the home has a great indoor pool which we enjoyed everyday. Property owner was very helpful when we had questions. In addition, Jeff provided us with the rocket launch schedule so we wouldn't miss a thing!

T’ville Tranquility

Beautifully appointed property with a beachy vibe. The pool invites you to lounge all day and the surrounding city beckons you to explore! Great house with everything you could need! Nice little coffee set up in the kitchen with a selection of coffee, sweeteners and creamers add a warm touch! Plenty of bonuses like a nice Bluetooth boom box and Smart TVs so you can access your own streaming services and watch what you like. Thanks for a great escape Jeff & Eric!

Definitely recommend!

I stayed here last week with my daughters and a family friend and her teen. The 3 kids were attending the Kennedy Space Center summer camp. The house was perfect for our needs. Spacious, good air conditioning, clean. The patio and pool were great fun and there were nice float chairs to use and a water football. We borrowed beach chairs and boogie boards to go to the beach. Jeff was the perfect host. Very responsive and communicative, he informed us of an upcoming spaceX launch we weren’t aware of and the best place to view it which was very cool for us moms to see while the kids got to see it from the Space Center. Our departure flight time was delayed by a few hours a couple of days before we were due to leave and he graciously allowed us a later checkout. Would highly recommend a stay here, and will definitely book again if we come back to the area.

Snowbird get away

The perfect place to spend the winter. Close to everything one would need to buy. Close to the golf course and not all that far from shopping in Rockledge or Merritt Island.

I don’t usually do reviews

If you don’t want to be in the middle of the madness of Orlando or the beach strip then this place is perfect. Nice pool, plenty of space and pretty much everything you need in a house. Easy drive to Cocoa Beach Canaveral or Orlando. Just a few minutes to the stores if you need to pick up a few groceries for your stay. Definitely recommend this place

Above expectations

Usually, places are pictured better than they are on the rental listings. Not here. Pool was great, decorated well throughout the home and very clean. Host is very easy to reach and very friendly. This will be our go to on the East Coast when we visit our friends there.
