Park City Main Street Historic District offers unlimited access to restaurants, breweries, museums, seasonal festivals, and unique shopping options at your fingertips. The condo is perfectly situated with multiple bus lines available to ski lifts, and exceptional views of Park City Mountain!
The Space:
Unwind at this cozy 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that will comfortably fit up to 4 guests.
After a day of adventures on the slopes, relax in the living room with a comfortable queen-size pullout sofa and cozy lounge chair. Snuggle up with your loved ones next to the warmth of the wood fireplace, as you sip on a cup of hot cocoa. Watch your favorite show or movie on the flat-screen TV while you rest and unwind from an entire day of exploring.
Breathe in the fresh mountain air, as you take in the beautiful mountain views, and the gorgeous glow of the sunset from the lounge seating provided in the balcony during your stay. Access to the private outdoor balcony is through the living room or the sliding glass doors in the main bedroom where you can recharge. For a full night of uninterrupted sleep, the main bedroom features a lovely queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, ample closet space, a full-length mirror, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
A fully-equipped kitchen is available for guests, where you will have everything needed to prepare a delicious homemade meal. Enjoy your dinner in the kitchen bar with stool seating for up to 3, while exchanging stories of your exciting day in Park City. For added privacy, there is a second full bathroom, around the corner from the kitchen, with a shower/tub combo. For guests that need a place to melt their stress away, there is a huge community hot tub for you to enjoy. A coin-operated laundry room on the basement level of the complex is also available for guests.
Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire condo, private outdoor balcony, community hot tub, and coin-operated laundry room. You will also have access to one parking space in the parking lot adjacent to the building.
Elevator access to the 2nd floor, providing you convenient access to the condo with your luggage.
The Neighborhood:
This condo is the perfect gateway to experience the mountain and outdoor adventures in Park City. The Main Street Historic District is a short 9-minute bus ride where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options. With Park City Mountain Resort base within half a mile from the condo, unlimited access to skiing, hiking, and other fun mountain adventures during your vacation getaway are at your fingertips. Conveniently located at the intersection of Deer Valley Drive and Park Avenue, this condo is within walking distance to ski shops, cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores. Park City Main Street Historic District is a short 9-minute free bus ride with 7-11-Park Ave bus stop on multiple routes only a 1-minute walk from the condo. Park City Mountain Resort base, located within 0.5 mile (an 8-10 minute walk) from the entrance of the condo, will bring you to the best ski runs in Park City. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Other Things to Note:
This condo has a portable air conditioning unit available for guests during their stay, especially in the summer.
Humidifiers are available in the closet to help with the dry climate in Park City.
Please note that snowplows and trash pickups in the early morning may cause some noise.

Please be advised that hot tub will be closed for the summer season starting May 1st.
