We really enjoyed the place very clean and they had everything you would need the pool area and bbq area was very we’ll taken care of it was a wonder place and the beech access was very close didn’t have to drive or walk very far

Awesome Condo

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. It was in a great spot and had great views of the marina. Frank was great at communicating with us at every turn! Absolutely will be back to stay again!

Our Santa Maria Holiday

This property was well equipped, spacious, well kept and maintained. It was exactly as described in the VRBO listing with no disappointments. The spacious pool and hot tub were thoroughly enjoyed by all. The proximity to the beach was a definite plus. A definite 5 star experience!

Great location - outstanding communication from owners

This property is on FMB at my favorite location. Condo was clean and had all necessary amenities. Owners (Frank and Shirley) were great to work with and communicated often. Highly recommend their property! It is fully functional post Ian.

Very nice rental

My adult children, husband and I stayed for a week and the condo was amazing. The owner gave us all of the information we needed for our stay. We had a great time, the complex was clean and well kept - we really enjoyed the pool and viewing the manatees in the marina. The beach access was just down the road and we could walk to CVS or the 7/11 for just about anything we needed.

Wonderful condo

The condo is clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for kitchen equipment. Everything worked great. We had a wonderful stay.The pool was working and very clean . Short walk to the beach . We will definitely stay there again .

The condo was just perfect for our stay in Fort Myers! The property was beautiful and the condo was clean and set up so nicely for us. The hosts were very kind and responsive—I would definitely stay there again! ❤️

Perfect spring getaway

My husband and I and two adult daughters stayed here for a spring getaway. The condo had everything we needed, including beach towels and beach chairs. It was very clean and well-maintained. Loved looking out over the huge beautiful pool, and the beach was just a short walk away. The owners were very attentive and responsive. Loved the location on the island. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful experience! This beautiful condo offered everything we needed for our stay. They truly thought of everything. Our Host was readily available with restaurant recommendations and local entertainment spots. Perfectly located within short walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops and night-life. We loved it!!

Excellent! The condo was supplied with all of your needs. Frank was very accommodating in every way from where to eat, how to get to those places. Would absolutely recommend to everyone and do it again!!!!!
