IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE Updated - Spring, 2025
Ft. Myers Beach and the surrounding area was hit by Hurricane Ian in late September 2022. Many of the island's vacation homes and condominiums are still recovering and many are still not available as rentals.

The Santa Maria Harbour Resort property was exceptionally fortunate and although the exterior landscaping and outbuildings were damaged, the main building and individual condo units fared very well and are currently occupied. While the property is in the process of being relandscaped, the pool is currently open, a new tiki hut and additional grilling platforms are completed and being utilized. And while there is access to the beach and Gulf of Mexico just across the street from Santa Maria, additional access points around the island continue to open.

The Ft Myers Beach businesses are working to reopen. Some already have. In addition, shops and restaurants in the nearby cities of Estero, Bonita Springs and Naples are fully open. Although it will take some time for our Town to fully recover, Santa Maria is welcoming you and offering sun, sand and water to make for a great and relaxing visit. (Please note that some property photos are pre-hurricane Ian).

Sun, beach, pool, boating, fishing, golfing, pickleball, people watching.....just to name a few of the things to look forward to while you enjoy the comforts of your fully equipped condo overlooking the pool and marina. Just a short walk to the beach and exceptional dining options.

Your condo is tastefully decorated. With two bedrooms, two full baths and a den, which can be used as a quiet office area or additional sleeping area, it is perfectly set up for two couples or a small family.

As long-time owners of unit 206, we have updated the condo regularly with all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable and wanting to make plans to return!

Quiet times are 10 pm to 8 am including on Lanai. Parking is limited to auto, van, and pickup truck.

Our Santa Maria Holiday

This property was well equipped, spacious, well kept and maintained. It was exactly as described in the VRBO listing with no disappointments. The spacious pool and hot tub were thoroughly enjoyed by all. The proximity to the beach was a definite plus. A definite 5 star experience!

Very nice rental

My adult children, husband and I stayed for a week and the condo was amazing. The owner gave us all of the information we needed for our stay. We had a great time, the complex was clean and well kept - we really enjoyed the pool and viewing the manatees in the marina. The beach access was just down the road and we could walk to CVS or the 7/11 for just about anything we needed.

Great location - outstanding communication from owners

This property is on FMB at my favorite location. Condo was clean and had all necessary amenities. Owners (Frank and Shirley) were great to work with and communicated often. Highly recommend their property! It is fully functional post Ian.

Wonderful condo

The condo is clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for kitchen equipment. Everything worked great. We had a wonderful stay.The pool was working and very clean . Short walk to the beach . We will definitely stay there again .

Perfect spring getaway

My husband and I and two adult daughters stayed here for a spring getaway. The condo had everything we needed, including beach towels and beach chairs. It was very clean and well-maintained. Loved looking out over the huge beautiful pool, and the beach was just a short walk away. The owners were very attentive and responsive. Loved the location on the island. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful experience! This beautiful condo offered everything we needed for our stay. They truly thought of everything. Our Host was readily available with restaurant recommendations and local entertainment spots. Perfectly located within short walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops and night-life. We loved it!!

We really enjoyed the place very clean and they had everything you would need the pool area and bbq area was very we’ll taken care of it was a wonder place and the beech access was very close didn’t have to drive or walk very far
