The house is nestled on a cove in a family friendly neighborhood. You will experience a small town atmosphere and still be close to all the action. We are located approx 30 minutes from downtown Memphis or 30 minutes to the casinos in Tunica, MS.

Had a great time staying here. Glad we were right down the street from a Kroger to get some groceries. Everything was clean and had all the essentials to get us through our stay.

I rented this property because of the photos and reviews. While it was quite charming as far as the decor goes, the furniture was falling apart and the stove/oven did not work. I was and am still highly disappointed. I feel as though you can not trust this sight or reviews.

Cute and Cozy

This is a cute and cozy little cottage right off the highway. Very convenient for an overnight stay when heading home from a road trip. The hosts are excellent, responsive and gracious.

Nice, clean and convenient

The Vrbo is convenient to Hernando area. The neighbors were kind and the home served our needs. The owner’s communication was fabulous. Our only complaint - but it wouldn’t necessarily keep us from renting again- was the proximity to the highway- back yard literally backed to the highway so the noise was a bit much for us. I think the owner could consider adding deadbolts and/or a better locking mechanism on front and back doors. Overall I’d say rent here for convenience, especially if the lock situation is resolved for safety. We didn’t have anything happen fyi, but didn’t feel secure. I’ll update the review if owner corrects the locks.

Very Comfortable Stay

We really enjoyed our stay - clean, safe, quiet, and a quick ride into Memphis for our events. Marty was very responsive to any communication and showed flexibility when we had an unexpected hiccup with our trip. As a bonus the property is about a mile from a nice Kroger store.

We loved this stay..

Quite neighborhood and great location!!! Easy check-in when you arrive. When we first walked the house was so warming and inviting. House was so fresh and clean. We will definitely stay again... Soon!

Wonderful Place

We stayed here while visiting Memphis. You could tell how clean it was when opening the door. It smelled wonderful. Close to Memphis and Tunica. Felt safe and a great location. Will definitely stay here again. The owner was also great about staying in contact with us.

We had a great stay here. It was perfect! So comfy and just like home. The boys loved the bunk beds. It was clean and right off the highway. The location was perfect. We will definitely be back. Thank you for having us.

Perfect again!

2nd time staying here and everything was perfect again! Very clean, had everything we needed or forgot, and always smelled great as soon as you entered the door. Plenty of space for us, the air conditioner always kept us nice and cool, and the beds were very comfortable. We will always choose this place when staying in Hernando!!

Short but sweet

Only stayed here for one night because my plans changed, but it was very relaxing. The rental was very clean and smelled very nice as soon as you walked in the door. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us and everything was very cozy. Krogers and the Brickhouse was right down the road, and The Dip was close by too. We got our supplies, pizza, and ice cream and relaxed in front of the TV for the rest of the night. Definitely would stay here again.
