Bachelor Party Experience

My friends and I rented this place for my buddy's bachelor party. We had a great experience. Plenty of beds and couches, an ample backyard, and lots of TVs. It was also a fairly short drive to downtown and midtown.

Spacious and Quiet

I definitely recommend this place. Plenty of room. It was nice and clean. The landlord was really nice and available if we need anything. Next time we come to Memphis, we will definitely try to get this place again.

A little difficult to get too.

A few electrical issues, lights out or switches did not work. A side chair would have been helpful in the bedroom. Food item was left in microwave.

Lots of space

We stayed here after we evacuated for hurricane Ida. We were able to spread out and be comfortable during our stay. It was super helpful to have 3 bathrooms and being pet friendly. We were able to fit bot cars in the garage and it’s very close to Walmart and several pharmacies. Graceland is also very close if that is your thing.

This home is perfect for a short stay that would be used for sleeping

This condo is great for anyone traveling to Memphis to experience Beal Street, parties or an event that lasts all day long. If you plan to chill out at the home, cook, etc., this is may not be the place for you. There were no dishes, utensils, cookware, appliances, such as a coffee pot, etc. - only a refrigerator, microwave & stove (the stove could definitely use a good cleaning). We were provided with hand soap, clean linen & towels. Some of the furnishings pictured in the listing are not in the home, including the red leather sofa, etc. (the sofa there now is newer and comfortable). All the bedrooms were clean. The master & 2nd bedrooms have nice beds & bedding but the 3rd bedroom (bunk bed) is horrible. In the full sized bed (bottom bunk), you can feel every board the thin mattress is on top of. We went to the local Walmart to purchase a mattress pad, coffee pot, plastic utensils & plates. The outdoor area has a charcoal grill but the patio furniture could use an update or wedges to stabilize the wobbly table. The back yard was nice, with privacy & the neighborhood was very quite at night & during the day. Overall this home could be awesome if the owner would do a deep cleaning, nice coat of paint & some minor updates because the location is great & the owner is amazing. He was very nice, communicated well with me and reached out right away, when I had a minor concern. Because of the location & the owner is great, I would consider this place in the future as I only came to visit with a friend that lives about 25 minutes away & patronize some of the local establishments.
