Great location for our needs- just seems to need a facelift- decent towels, paint and new throw rugs would go a long way.

The property was nice, clean, and overall a good place to stay. Location is EXCELLENT and the neighborhood was VERY GOOD and SAFE. The main areas for improvement would be providing better-quality towels and a softer, more comfortable mattress. With those small upgrades, the stay would have been even more enjoyable. Sleeps 7 but really 6 unless they add a bigger bed to the attic area.

Clean and Space

This was a birthday getaway for the weekend for me and my girlfriends…the pictures didn’t show any justice for clean and beautiful space . It was a total of 5 of us and it was enough room for all of us ladies. The booking was great from start to finish. The customer service of the owners was very professional and timely for all the questions asked. It was our first time visiting and we all felt safe in the area. The drive wasn’t too far for downtown entertainment at night.

Quick family trip

Overall, the stay was nice the neighborhood nice easy to get to the house, The issue were I spoke to the owner explained to him I was coming from Chicago and I was getting in at 7:30 in the morning asked for early check-in. He gave me two hours earlier to check in although he had no one staying in the house for three days before we arrive there on Friday morning and we had to sweep the floors ,I asked for a later check out than 10 AM on Sunday because I wasn’t leaving on the train until 1040 that night, and he was not able to accommodate me even though he did not have a rental after us ,

From the Owner: "Hi Julie, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we’re sorry you experienced some timing challenges during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:-Standard check-in and check-out times are set to allow enough time for thorough cleaning and maintenance between guests.-While we were glad to offer an earlier check-in, extending the check-out by nearly 11 hours wasn’t feasible, even without an immediate reservation following your stay.-For future visits, they recommend contacting the booking platform directly to explore options for extended stays. Thanks again, and we hope that you keep us in mind for your future travels"

Overall, this property was exactly what we needed, and was only about 10 minutes away from the wedding venue. There were some issues, but none of them affected our stay, and the host was easy to contact and very helpful!
