This was the second time my family has stayed here to visit local family. We travel from out of town and the convenience from the interstate is great. Can’t beat the proximity to downtown Newnan. The layout is perfect our crew. Will stay again!

Plenty of space

House looks small from the outside but is very spacious with bedrooms well spread out, which worked great having a crying baby needing a nap.Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and nicely decorated. It was so convenient to downtown Newnan and to the wedding venue. I would definitely recommend this home if you are visiting the area. Thank you for offering such a wonderful home.

Wedding stay

We stayed here for a wedding in the area, and the house was more than expected! It was super clean, much bigger than the pictures portray, and had more than enough space for us to spend time with other wedding guests before/after the wedding. Definitely recommend!!

Absolutely Loved It!

My husband, our dog and I stayed here during our trip to Newnan for our wedding. We absolutely LOVED this property - everything was so cute and nice. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. The neighborhood was quiet and adorable but also incredibly close to everything in town. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

We were in town for a wedding and this cute little house worked out great for us. The manager was great and was easy to get ahold of. The house was clean. It’s perfect for a big group with 4 bedrooms and 3 restrooms. Plenty of beds! The neighborhood is quiet, quiet, and safe.

Perfect family place

It was perfect for our family! We had a celebration of life to attend in Newnan Georgia. Everything was close by. The house was everything we needed. Melissa got back to us right away on any questions. Very nice bedrooms and open floor plan

Great Stay

We booked to stay near family while visiting. The house was very clean and spacious for all of us with great historic charm. The house had everything we needed. All we had to bring was outlets clothes and food. The house had plenty of linens, everything we needed for cooking and alot of basic necessities. Communication with the owner was easy and available. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend if your in the area.

Ladies trip

This property was so comfortable. The amenities were excellent and it was clean and tidy. There were 3 of us but plenty of room for more to stay. Melissa was so efficient at responding and answering our questions and even arranged for tea and coffee on arrival. We were visiting Newnan for a Pickleball camp and also enjoyed the neighbouring shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this place.

Large, spacious house close to downtown

We rented this house for a wedding in Newnan. It’s 3-4 minutes from historic downtown. The house was perfect with it’s large amount of space, three bathrooms and large kitchen. Had a small issue with checkin and Melissa responded immediately. Would highly recommend this home.

Better than the pictures-even though those are wonderful!

This was immaculately clean. From the landscaping to the personal touches I give this house a 10000/10. There’s so much more than the pictures show. Such a nice neighborhood-close to downtown shopping and dining. Very safe. The house smelled fresh and the personal touches throughout made our stay feel like we were right at home. The backyard was very relaxing and all of the furniture was comfortable. We loved our stay here!

A Gathering Place

The house was as described, located near historic downtown Newnan. We were there to visit our new grandbaby, so didn’t spend a lot of time in the house, but we did host Christmas dinner there. It’s more spacious than it appears from the listing. It was clean but seemed a little musty on first arrival, just as if it hadn’t been opened up recently, and it is an older home. The kitchen is a bit spartan if you plan to do much cooking for a family, or baking. I had to borrow a hand mixer, a large pot, and a casserole dish from my daughter in law. The property manager was very responsive when I reached out about replacing a lightbulb and bringing additional towels and a can opener. We had a nice stay and would recommend to others.
