We had a great stay at the Southern Charm Bungalow. Everything was very comfortable including the beds and couch. We brought our small dog, and the backyard was just enough for him to explore. Check in and out was very easy, and the host was very responsive. I appreciated the picture of where exactly to park as we arrived at night. The location was perfect for us to visit our friends nearby.

Nice and Relaxing

Our wife and I enjoyed our three day and tonight we can stay. We were looking for a place where we could just relax and have no commitments or schedules. Department met our needs. It is a basement apartment but nicely decorated. We would’ve enjoyed having a fan or being able to turn the air condition down to make it cooler but overall it was a wonderful weekend.

Spacious and stylish stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The space was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a warm, welcoming vibe. Everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged. The beds were super comfortable — we all slept great! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and stylish stay.

Cute bungalow in Newnan

We came to only stay the night after dinner out of town , cute and accurate pictures cleaned , comfy and pretty peaceful but also this is a down stairs unit so we heard feet walking above us all night. This was not mentioned on the post . Would stay again kid friendly . And just minutes from town .The host was onTime with notices snd answered quickly to responses and easy check in and out. Set up as should be.. We life 3 hours away so it was really nice to have a place cleaned and safe and comfy ,to lay our heads after a nice dinner .

Great Place!

Great place, our family had a blast! The Go Fish cards were a surprise hit, thank you! Beds were cozy, the atmosphere was cozy and quiet, and our kid declared it the "best stay ever!"

Charming and cozy

Ryan's place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication throughout the process was clear and thorough throughout. One thing I wish was in the listing is that this is a basement unit below another VRBO. You may hear other guests above you when staying here.

Out of town wedding

The bungalow was very cute and had everything that we needed. The only thing that I didn’t care for was that you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the other, so not a lot of privacy there. Otherwise the place was perfect for our needs and Ryan was a great host.

Excellent home with everything we needed

My son and I stayed at this home during a trip to Newnan for a baseball tournament. It was the perfect location, it took 10 minutes or less to get to anywhere we wanted to go. The owner was great in accommodating our early check in request, getting in to the home was super easy and the owner checked in with us to make sure everything was great. The home was stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend this home!

Perfect for our quick stop

We stayed for just one night to visit my sister on our return from Florida. This property was as described, was clean and very close to a few very nice restaurants in the charming little town.

Great location for spending time downtown. Property manager's communication is great!

We had a good time and were pleased with the property. A couple of things not clear on the listing are that the upstairs unit is also a VRBO, not owners or tenant rented so it's possible you could end up with no one above you or maybe someone above you for just a portion of your stay. It was perfect for just a 4 person family or less but I don't think I would try to do 2 adult couples as the bedrooms actually pass through to each other. That's also just something to be aware of for general privacy with your own kids. Ryan was very quick to reply and even called me after we left to say thank you and discuss the suggestions I had made to improve the stay a little. I hope they add them because they were just a couple of small things I thought would make the property complete. The fireplace is wood burning and they provided wood for you. The kitchen is well stocked with tools, utensils, dishes, etc. Laundry worked perfectly fine and detergent, TP, & paper towels provided!

We were in town to teach and found this to be a great place! All your needed amenities and Ryan wanted us to have a smooth stay. Outdoor patio was great to sit out and enjoy the weather!

The Perfect Space

Truly a great place to stay that can accommodate any of your needs. Located in downtown Newnan and within range of everything downtown has to offer. It’s very clean and spacious and I couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Nice place

This property gave us the privacy we wanted and a place where our great grandson could join us for a few days and have his own room to sleep in. It was nice to have a bit of a back yard where we could play despite the heat. It is always nice to be able to wash cloths while traveling. Location was perfect for our needs. Ryan answered our questions quickly and we enjoyed chatting with him.
