Beautifully remodeled house that sleeps 14 in beds. Please note that this property is LICENSED and LEGAL for short term rentals. We have 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and a game room! Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, back yard with firepit and parking for 8 cars. One block from downtown Lake Geneva. Great for Family reunions, friend get-togethers, bachelor & bachelorette groups. Since Lake Geneva is a resort destination, we cannot allow Saturdays as a check-in and check-out date.

The house is located in a perfect area in downtown Lake Geneva. We had 12 girls and it fit everyone comfortably. Anthony responded to my questions in a timely manner.

Can not stay enough about the location, it is walkable from downtown, restaurants, beach and all water activities!! The house was just as promised and we had great time with 5 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of space and beds!!

Great place to stay in the heart of the city. Walking distance to the quaint downtown with numerous coffee shops and cute boutiques. The house is very spacious and has everything you need. Great outdoor space in the back to hang out and have a fire. House is equipped with everything you need. Long driveway to accommodate 7 or 8 cars and ample paid parking if you have visitors. Definitely worth the stay. Nice and comfortable.

This place is wonderful! Easy check in and amazing location. We were able to walk to downtown and the lake in minutes! We hosted my sister’s bachelorette party and the house was absolutely PERFECT! Size, location, layout, plenty of parking and with 12 women 3 full bathrooms was a huge plus. We could not have been more happy, thank you Tony!

Great house for friends and family trip to Lake Geneva

We had a girls trip to Lake Geneva and stayed at this home! There was plenty of space and three bathrooms which made showering and getting ready easy! There was plenty of parking space and you are very close to the main drag of Lake Geneva, it is a walkable distance! Our host, Tony, was very responsive and available if we needed any help! I would recommend this house to anyone, especially if you have a larger group wanting to stay together!

Cozy and plenty of space!

We came for Winterfest and snow sculpting. Property was the perfect location to walk everywhere! Tony was easy to chat with and place had plenty of space. We would recommend it!

Great Experience

I rented this house for a golf weekend with my buddies. The proximity to downtown Lake Geneva is fantastic. The house was really clean and comfortably fit our group of 7. There was plenty of parking. Everyone in our group gave it a thumbs up. I’d highly recommend this home to anyone looking to rent in Lake Geneva.

Great VRBO for Large Groups

Anthony was very attentive and accommodating. Property is as described, clean, contains everything necessary for a fun weekend stay, and spacious enough to accommodate large groups. Location can’t be beat as the downtown restaurants and bars are all within a short 5-10 min walk. Would highly recommend!
