"The Love Birds" -4 bed/ 2 bath single story in Remington Heights

Discover the beauty of San Antonio from this wonderful 4-bedroom house. Guests will find plenty of space to relax with two bathrooms, including a spa tub for unwinding after a day of exploring. The living room offers a comfortable sofa for relaxing with your favorite show. With a mix of king, queen, full, and twin beds, everyone can sleep soundly. Whether you’re gathering for a meal or enjoying quiet moments, this beautiful home provides a quaint and inviting atmosphere. Your stay offers access to community amenities, including a pool and a kids' play and picnic area. You will also find nearby trails and food options for that craving. Sleeping:

1st Bedroom: The Master has a King and sleeps TWO (included in base booking.
2nd bedroom: Queen size Sleeps TWO (included in base booking.
3rd bedroom: Full-size Bunk bed sleeps ONE each, TWO total (extra fee based on booking count) **
4th bedroom: Two Twin sizes beds sleep ONE each, TWO total (extra fee based on booking count) **

The un-booked bedroom(s) will be inaccessible to keep them clean. A full 8-person booking opens all rooms.

** If you want specific bedrooms, let us know. Maximum bedrooms are available for fully booked guests. The extra bedrooms incur added cleaning fees.

Kitchen/Dining:

Full set of appliances with a double sink. Includes a dual Keurig coffee pot, air fryer, rice cooker, and plenty of seating. There are plenty of cooking pots and utensils for the cook in your group.

Living Space:

The TV has a Roku in guest mode, allowing you to walk around your favorite pay services, knowing they will reset when you leave. Much free content is also available.

Internet: We provide 1GB of fiber Wi-Fi for the whole house.

Outside:

There is a back patio with seating and landscaping to enjoy.

Community:

The community has an outdoor pool and playground (Pool requires a keycard. Ask the owner. There is a fee for a lost pool keycard.)
Community Pool is located at 410 Navasota Dr. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Pool daily hours are different at different seasons.

Fees:

Texas, Bexar County, and San Antonio City required us to charge Hotel Occupancy Taxes: Rates: State 6% + County 1.75% + City 9% = 16.75%. We waived our Management fee of $30/night for all our guests.

This is a NON-SMOKING Home! Not inside or outside (fire hazard). There is a minimum $500 fee for smoking clean up, no exceptions.
