Spacious & Bright Home in Medical Center Area

This is an open concept, beautifully designed spacious home, clean and maintained that has a within 1.5 miles of Medical Center (drive or hop on the bus) (see below) and major highways. The house features large living rooms with multiple sitting area that connect to the outdoor spaces. Bright, cheerful with abundant light in a large island granite kitchen. It even has a desk/printer for your laptop! You'll enjoy a private entrance, smart TV, Brand new AC/Heat unit...brand new everything!

The home has a large fenced in backyard with back porch and private side porch off sunroom/kitchen to enjoy your breakfast in the mornings!

Bedrooms/Bath
The Master Suite is on the first level with private shower with rain shower head, Queen bed
No stairs into main area and master bedroom - 2 bedrooms upstairs with a beautiful tub/shower bathroom.

Tile/hardwood floors throughout
Washer/Dryer on primises in garage, shared with apartment on the side of home. Locking doors to laundry space accordingly.
Cleaning staff available for hire if desired.
This is a place you'll really enjoy!

My mother is in the Methodist hospital and the property was incredibly close by. About five minutes. There is plenty of room for all of us. Property was incredibly clean. I mean it was spotless. It was the sort of place where you want to keep it clean just to keep it in the immaculate condition it already was. Host was great, if I had any needs sh helped me out. We ran out of trash bags and she had some delivered. A couple things that I would like to say is that the house does have a lot of steps up or down. Some of them are larger steps than others. If you are handicapped it might not be the place for you. Any laundry needs to be completed before 8:00 pm. Also I would suggest the host put a clock in the house. But overall this was a 10/10 stay. Thank you so very much for a pleasant stay.

Comfortable, clean and roomy

We spent a long weekend at this property to visit with high school friends, family and friends. It was really a great property to spend time together. There are two living areas so it made it easy to have a couple of different groups of people visiting at the same time since there were three generations of family staying at the property. The property manager was extremely responsive to our questions and requests.
