Welcome to the bunny burrow! Located in the heart of Aurora Kentucky! Conveniently located 1 mile from Kentucky Lake and Land between the lakes. Restaurants ,gas station ,laundromat and Dollar General all within a mile. Large king bed for a comfy sleeping. Parking room for your boat or off-road vehicles! Let us know when booking if you plan on bringing a boat or trailer so we can tell you where to park. Apartment includes microwave mini fridge and coffee maker. Medium dog bed available

Juneteenth Days Off

Perfect if you want a small clean place to sleep and shower. The Bunny Burrow is on the end furthest from marked parking spots but was nice and very clean. Worth the value!

The communication was excellent. The place was clean. Bathroom was a little small. It was just right for what we needed. Would stay again.

Lady Bugs and Tiny Bathroom

I didnt mind the abundance of lady bugs but the toilet is so close to the wall your knees will touch. Very awkward. I would not go back.

great room clean

Unfortunately we only got to stay 1 night. On Friday I wrecked my motorcycle at Turkey Bay and broke my leg.. my husband packed all our stuff and we didnt stay past thursday night. The room was perfect. It was clean. We enjoyed the short time we were there very much.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It’s a cozy little room for a fun weekend kayaking and fishing. Very clean, and good communication with the property managers!

All The Essentials!

The host was friendly and very good at communicating! We had expectations for the area, and we were a little let down, but that's no ones fault but ours. Not many restaurants, or things to do within a 40min drive, but the Amazin Blaze BBQ was our saving grace during this trip. The VRBO was clean and very simple. The bathroom doesn't get the same airflow as the rest of the room, so we kept the bathroom door closed so the AC could stay in the main area. AC worked really well and the water pressure for the shower was wonderful! All in all, the price for the stay and accommodation was spot on! Very affordable. The only reason our stay was less than we hoped was because of our own expectations. So I wanted to include to do your research on what activities are available. Also, this place would be a great option for dogs as well! We wished we brought ours. BIG thank you to the host for being super friendly.

Great Location for our LBL Experience

Our first ever trip/adventure tour to Land Between the Lakes was amazing and the Bunny Burrow was just the spot for us to drop and lock up gear while hauling, dogs and other gear. Thanks so much for allowing us to extend the stay one day, it was well worth it! It was clean, quiet, cool and quaint. Nice place to literally chill from the 109 degree heat index. Thanks so much!

It was a lovely stay near the lakes. It was located right next to a busy road, which I knew going into it, but I underestimated the noise level from traffic.

Easy & Clean

This was a great little place for us and our fishing trip. Dennis was great with ease of check in. Our room was clean and the bed slept like a dream. We loved the extra pillows and snacks provided. The bathroom is small and if you are very tall this may not be for you. Close to the lakes and a great resturant within walking distance.

Perfect Stay

Don’t let other reviews worry you. This is a great, clean, affordable and bug free place to stay. Girlfriend and me stayed 2 nights while we enjoyed the trails. First day it rained quite a bit so we stayed in at the room. They give you little snacks and such that they didn’t have to. Comfortable bed also. We were really happy and surprised about how how nice it was for the price. Will definitely pick this place again!

Be careful

It's cozy, small place as you'd expect. One thing that is not revealed in the pictures or description is how small the bathroom is - it's terribly small and you have to stand/sit awkwardly as the toilet faces a wall. Also, we had to leave after being there only a couple of hours. Everything seemed fine until we threw back the comforter on the bed. There was some hair (which appeared to have been laundered with the sheets) which was not life threatening or anything. But we found a live bug... hoping it was the only one we stayed a bit but then a couple more appeared on us (bed is pretty much only place to sit). I assume they were part of the comforter as very visible on the white sheets.

Land Between The Lakes Stay

We stayed at a quaint facility very near the center point of Land Between the Lakes. The location was great for exploring easily and there is alot to see: Elk and Bison Prairie, Wildlife Rehab Center, Planetarium and Visitor Center, etc. Couldn't have picked a better location and it was no frills but clean!
