You'll enjoy this private 5-bedroom 6-bed house with two living rooms, two bathrooms, two 55" smart TVs, three couches, and a private garage, as well as a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals.

It's very close to downtown Omaha, yet this place has its own sanctuary/practical safari due to its close proximity to the Missouri River and park.

Of note, there is a doorbell camera in front of the house; no cameras inside the house.

Property was as described. We had 8 adults and 3 children. Squeezing everyone in the dining room for dinner was a little tricky; but we made it work; and having an extra folding table in the closet was great. Otherwise we at breakfast in shifts with only 6 chairs around the table; or 3 on barstools in the kitchen. There was also a nice table and chairs area off the dining room outdoors, but it was too chilly when we were there to take advantage of that option. We parked one car in the garage and two in the driveway; but there was also room to park on the street. We loved having room to spread out; as well as having the space in the living room and dining area for all of us to visit. With three bedrooms downstairs, it was easy for one family to break away for bedtime routines with the children without extra distractions. Plenty of plates, cups and silverware. The only things missing were steak knives. Otherwise, the property was well stocked and the ice maker/water in the door of the refrigerator worked great.We didn't get the code to the house until the morning when we were scheduled to arrive, and that made me a little nervous. We certainly didn't want to drive three hours and not be able to get in. The three separate families that stayed all agreed that this was a great choice and it met our needs. Half of our group went to the zoo and the others went golfing. After we checked out, we spent a couple hours at top golf. Great proximity to both.

Weekend getaway with family

The house was so beautiful and nice. Everyone had their own room and beds. Close to some of our favorite stores to shop and restaurants. The pedestrian bridge was amazing. The zoo was excellent. And the fun plex waterpark was great.

Zoo getaway

Hassle free weekend

Stayed two nights for events in Omaha. Great location for walking to events and avoided heavy traffic. Easy check in, plenty of parking, very clean, 5/5 from our group!

Everything was perfect. We had two families stay in the house and one stayed in their mororhome in the driveway. The driveway is not level but there were plenty of wood blocks in the garage to do the job. We had a great time! The water pressure in the showers was AMAZING! I probably took more showers than normal. I would definitely bring my family back to stay in this fantastic home. Thanks so much!

It was a good place to stay together in one location.

Upon arrival, the garage can out front by the curb, full of garbage. The lawn was not mowed. The rug in the living room was rolling up in the corner and people were tripping over it. The shower curtain liner in the downstairs restroom needs changed. There were no washcloths in that restroom. The garbage can in the kitchen needs cleaned out. The bedding and pillows definitely need upgraded.

It is perfect for larger families or nice quiet get togethers. It is really close to Omaha downtown (5min by car) or 40min by walk through the main Omaha attraction (Bob Kerry bridge). It sits in a quiet and safe neighborhood will east access to I-80 as well.
