Unit 102 Holiday Isle - Brand new on our rental program, this unit features a charming coastal color palate and is stocked with essential items Add to that the convenience to first floor amenities, you'll want to return to this unit again and again! Beautiful custom flooring throughout the unit adds to the feel of a seamless transition. Primary bedroom offers King bed, ensuite bath, and a great view from the gulf-facing balcony access to watch the sunset. Secondary bedroom offers two full beds, unit accommodating up to 6 in your party. This unit is one of the very few to offer beach equipment such as a wagon and boogie board! Personal touches make this a stand-out unit you must see.

Holiday Isle amenities include elevator access, lighted tennis court, fitness center, gated security entrance, indoor pool with hot tub, outdoor pool, covered garage parking with (3) vehicle maximum, steam room, dry sauna, (2) outdoor electric grills for community use, private boardwalk to the beach.

Unit amenities include internet access, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in kitchen and baths, balcony access from living area & master bedroom, bubble tub in master bath with separate shower.

No parking area provided for boats or recreational vehicles.

We had everything we needed at the condo. All things for the beach so we didn’t have to bring any items with us! Beds were comfortable and it was perfect for a family of 4!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This condo had the perfect set up for kids and adults alike. Loved that the second bedroom had full sized beds. The view was great! The walk to the beach was a long one but very well maintained. Would definitely stay again!

Older condo, nicely updated

The condo, while located on the first floor, was not ground level, which was nice. We had a decent view from the balcony out to the Gulf. The building itself is older and the exterior walkways/common areas reflect that, but the condo interior was nicely updated and very clean. The pool was somewhat dated and very basic. The walk to the beach is a bit far but made easier by a nice boardwalk that makes up about half the distance. The condo had some nice extras like folding beach chairs and beach towels. The check in process was not the most straight-forward. It did not appear that the front desk is open much on the weekend and we had to follow several steps to get our key cards. Also, one of our key cards was disabled during our stay and I was locked out. I'm not sure what I would have done about that if I hadn't luckily found someone at the desk to reset it (it was a weekday).

Fall Break

Nice property and had all you needed for a week at the beach. Beach was not crowded and several restaurants are close by and a few right across the street from the property. Management was easy to work with and very responsive. Overall we had a great trip!

Fun Girls Weekend

The condo was excellent. Very well equipped with everything one would need for the weekend or a longer stay. Super clean and very homey, with great beachy decor. We all loved it!!

Family vacation

The condo was wonderful! Has everything you need and easy to work with the owners. Just be prepared for a long walk to the beach, that was the only down fall with 2 small children, but everything was great.

Excellent 2 Bedroom on the Beach

We had a great time spending a week in this unit. It was very well appointed, with some nice bonuses -- including an entire storage container full of beach gear. The 1st floor location made for very convenient access to both the beach and pool. The electric grill on the balcony was not working during our stay (it appeared to short out as soon as it was plugged in), but this was not a hindrance for us since the building's own grills were on the same floor as our unit for easy access. We would certainly make a return trip to this condo.

Excellent condo

Loved staying here, everything you could possibly need. only wish is for a privacy screen on the balcony that can fold up and down between unit 101. at times it felt awkward as their children kept staring at us and the dog would growl. this is nothing against the unit just building design

Fantastic Condo

We loved every aspect of our stay at this condo. It was just as the listing describes. We traveled with a 4 and 7 year old, and it was a great location and a great amount of space. Direct beach access and covered parking were great perks. My kids really enjoyed the pools. The balcony was very private and overall a quiet place to relax. We will be back!
