The Space:

Welcome to Island Gem 710. Boasting a panoramic view of the Gulf from the furnished balcony as well as vistas of the Mississippi Sound and the Dauphin Island Bridge from the front door and second bedroom window, this sunny and very inviting, top-floor condo is ready to host you and your guests for the perfect beach vacation. You will enjoy various on-site amenities, including a shared Ping-Pong table, a fitness room, indoor and outdoor pools, and a tennis court. This home is part of a gated community boasting a covered parking garage and a long boardwalk that makes it a stroll to get out to the beach. Whether observing nesting birds at the Audubon Bird Sanctuary, less than three miles east, or teeing off at the Isle Dauphin Golf Club just a mile away, you will surely create some beautiful memories during your stay. And consider a visit to Dauphin Island's historic Fort Gaines, only three and a half miles away, to explore the early-19th century fortress, visit the museum, and walk on the adjacent beach.

Island Gem was clean, convenient to restaurants and had great amenities. We had plenty of room with our two kids under the age of 3. They loved the tidal pools and indoor pool. The warmer indoor pool was really a hit with our youngest. I would highly recommend this place.

Unit was perfectly located with a large balcony to enjoy the Gulf view and sunset and listen to the waves. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Island Getaway

Beautiful condo overlooking the beach. The patio was a great place to relax and have meals. Workout room was very nice also overlooking the beach but one needed to get a special key card from the front desk to use it and then return the gym card after each workout. Very relaxing place to vacation!

Top floor=Beautiful views

Great layout and Beautiful views. Enjoyed the aspect of two private bed rooms each with king sized beds abd two private bathrooms. The unit could have been a little cleaner and had more towels, kitchen and bath for our liking.

Came down for a wedding, condo was nice and so was the property. If I come back to Dauphin Island, I would stay here again. The place across the street had good lunch options and walking distance from a good dinner restaurant. Great views as well. Nothing negative at all to say about this condo or property.

Everything was great! The condo is perfect, so cozy and quaint, AND it was super clean! Loved the location and parking was easy. We never waited for an elevator. The pools and other areas of the complex were also very clean and well maintained. Thanks!
