Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the property's ample trailer parking and easy access to the area's extensive network of ATV, UTV, Jeep, and hunting trails. Located just a quarter mile from a Rio Grande boat ramp, guests can enjoy convenient access to Gold Medal trout fishing, rafting, kayaking, and countless opportunities to experience the beauty of the San Luis Valley.

Fishing and River Access
The Rio Grande boat ramp is located approximately one quarter mile from the property, providing easy access to Gold Medal trout fishing, floating, kayaking, and wildlife viewing.

Hunting
Alpine Dream is ideally positioned for hunters exploring Unit 79 and the surrounding public lands. The area offers excellent access to elk, deer, and other Colorado big game opportunities.

Winter Activities
Wolf Creek Ski Area is just a scenic drive away and is known for receiving some of the highest annual snowfall totals in Colorado. Snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and winter wildlife viewing are also popular throughout the area.

The second floor game room provides additional space for gathering, relaxing, and spending time together after a day outdoors.

WiFi is available throughout the home for streaming, browsing, and remote work when service conditions allow. Please note that mountain weather and rural infrastructure can occasionally impact internet reliability.

Altitude Notice
South Fork sits at approximately 8,200 feet above sea level. Guests sensitive to altitude are encouraged to stay hydrated and allow time to acclimate during the first day of their visit.

Parking
The property offers ample parking for multiple vehicles, trailers, boats, side by sides, ATVs, and hunting equipment.

Important Notes
• Four wheel drive or AWD is strongly recommended during winter months due to mountain weather conditions.

• This home does not offer air conditioning, which is typical for mountain homes in Colorado. Cool evenings and mountain breezes generally provide comfortable temperatures during summer.

• Guests are responsible for monitoring local weather, road conditions, and seasonal trail closures.

• South Fork experiences seasonal tourism patterns and some businesses may operate on reduced schedules during spring and fall shoulder seasons.

Starter Supplies
The home includes a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and other essentials to help you settle in comfortably. Additional supplies can be purchased locally during your stay.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment. Refunds cannot be provided for weather events, travel delays, road closures, wildfire restrictions, illness, power outages, hunting conditions, river conditions, ski resort interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
