Overall the house and hosts were great. Just a few details that we’d suggest….extra towels for the hot tub, make sure all the bathrooms have hand soap, we did run out of paper towels and we couldn’t get the fireplace to turn on (but we also never reached out to the host for help).

Thanks for staying with us, and we’re glad you enjoyed the house overall. We appreciate the feedback. The missing hand soap was an oversight on our part and has been addressed. For larger groups, we provide towels for the registered guests along with a starter supply of paper products. We’re also always happy to help with anything that comes up during a stay. We wish we’d known you were having trouble with the fireplace, as we likely could have gotten that sorted out right away. Thanks again for staying with us and for the feedback.

Great location and property. If you plan a winter stay, be sure to have an AWD vehicle (the driveway is steep).

This sweet cozy cabin is just what we needed. Close to walking trails, and downtown McCall. We loved dining outside on the back deck while watching all the deer peek through the trees. It was just lovely.

Great Get Away Spot

The cabin was everything that was promised. So much room to enjoy the cabin if we wanted to stay in (hot tub, pool table, outside sitting space, etc.). House was well stocked and furnished. Easy access to town either on foot/bike or drive. Honestly, it was what my family needed for our get away.

Perfect home for a family getaway

We spent a long weekend here. Our group of 10 skied and snowmobiled and enjoyed McCall. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of everything we needed to cook meals and serve our group. The owners were quick to respond to my questions before we checked in. This property was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to book this again.

Wonderful Home and Location

Beautiful home. Well appointed with great cooking kitchen. Multiple rooms with TV and couches and chairs for lounging after longs days outside. Fun game area with pool table lofted over main living area so the socialization could encompass multiple levels. Hot tub sunken intio the deck was a great touch.

Family Trip to McCall

A terrific location to home base for our weekend stay in McCall. Very hot weekend but owner had several ceiling and portable fans to help keep the air flowing. Owner was very responsive and helpful, and the location was peaceful and quiet while being close enough for a quick drive to town and the marina. A great trip that we look forward to repeating in the future on family’s trips to McCall!

Great stay over holiday weekend

Had a great stay over the holiday weekend (July 4th). The house is just as described and suited our group just perfectly. Lots of indoor and outdoor amenities to use and it was very spacious. Plenty of parking and overall just a great house. I would have given a 5 star for cleanliness but carpets and floors were just worn a bit and just slightly dirty but that’s to be expected with any short term rental. It wasn’t terrible or make us want to stay anywhere else. Probably pretty difficult to turn such a large house in a day and have it be completely spotless. Overall I’d definitely stay here again. The host was super responsive, accommodating, and great with his communication. Thanks Peter .

Wonderful

This home was absolutely beautiful! Plenty of room for family , kiddos loved the bunk room with a TV and games, Large dining room table for dinner and playing family games. Kitchen wow not 1 oven but 3 . Gas fireplace kept living room cozy, pool table upstairs and beautiful hot tub on deck snow around it with pine trees and deer ! So many amenities it was another magical Nana Papa Christmas in McCall ! Our host / owner was fantastic! Thankyou Peter

Perfect mountain retreat!

This home is perfect for a family getaway. We celebrated Thanksgiving here with a large group including 3 generations. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. In addition to the large family room there is a loft with pool table and ping pong, and there are two other rooms to gather for tv, puzzles, or reading a good book. The hot tub is just steps from the back door. Close to town yet tucked in a quiet neighborhood. Peter was among the best in communicating before and during our stay. This one deserves more than 5 stars. You won't be disappointed with this home!

Warm and extremely inviting

The home was extremely well appointed in decor, yet extremely inviting. Old world country charm meets all the things wouldn’t expect to find in a air B and B. The kitchen alone was loaded with everything you would find in your own home and more. This is a must stay and we will be back soon! Peter far exceeded our expectations

New Years 2022

We had a wonderful time in this spacious, lodge home. It was cold outside so we appreciated the hot tub. Everyone felt comfortable and we enjoyed the beauty of the area.
