Summary:

Luxury condo in the heart of downtown!! Just a block Rainey Street and near all bars and restaurants! Literally walk to everything! Austin City Limits, SXSW, Music Venues, Downtown Museums, 6th Street, all of the honky tonks, and SO MUCH MORE! Awesome pool, amazing fitness center with yoga studio. Free coffee all day. Multiple spaces for working and/or hanging. Best complex in downtown!



The Space:

The living and kitchen area are filled with an abundance of natural light along with the view of downtown Austin. The large pull-out couch and accent chairs are perfect for people to sit comfortably on to enjoy watching the smart TV or playing games.



Along the kitchen, there are four spots for sitting and eating. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need including pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, coffee mugs, and other items. Please inquire if you have any questions!



You can access the outdoor L-Shaped balcony with downtown views from the living area as.



The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, dressers, mirror, and its own bathroom. This large bathroom has a spacious shower along with a walk-in closet. This bathroom also includes the amenities of towels for each guest, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, hangers, iron, and iron board.



The other bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and closet. A full bathroom is located right outside. This bathroom features a spacious bathtub with a showerhead and curtain. Amenities include towels for each guest, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and hairdryer. The washer and dryer are located through the kitchen.

Easy to check-in, check-out. Great little cafe on the 1st floor. Roof top pool was fantastic and close to Rainy Street / River Walk. Property was clean, new appliances and furniture was comfortable. Just what we needed for a long weekend in Austin.

Connor was a fantastic host from the start, easy communication and flexible with flight schedules. House was awesome and perfectly located in close proximity to the start of Rainey St. Highly recommend if your looking for a very nice stay in a perfect location.

Girls trip in Austin

5 of us, all mid-40’s just got back from our trip. Overall the place was great. Location is also top notch and close to everything. The pullout bed in the living room wasn’t too comfortable but that’s our only real hang up. Everything else was just what was advertised.

Disappointed with the strict check-in when room is ready for occupancy. Mirrors in bathrooms are too small. Neighborhood was not the greatest. Lighting is horrible in the room. Need instructions for the TV. Paying a fee for cleaning when we do quit a bit to prep for the cleaning is another disappointment. First time using VRBO and my last. Room was spacious. Trouble with using uber from this location.

Nice property, check in time problem

Property manager did not communicate well. Fortunately we were able to work out a late check in with concierge service. Checkin is 4:00 to 9;00 PM. We were not told that until a couple of days before arrival. We had a late arriving flight so could have been a big problem if not for the concierge working it out for us. The property manager told us our option was to check in a day later.

Enjoyed our stay at Natiivo in Austin. Location is great for downtown! Bedrooms are small but living space is comfortable. All in all, this was what we expected!

Property is new construction and located in downtown Austin, can take an Uber about anywhere. Conveniently just 15 minutes from Austin International Airport. The space was extremely comfy, cozy, edgy and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable, felt like you were sleeping on a cloud. Definitely recommend this place for your next stay in Austin.

We were in Austin while my daughter attended a 5 day program at UT. The unit was very comfortable and clean. I’d just mention to the owners to have the housekeepers remove all food from the previous occupants. Even if it’s still good, most don’t want other’s food items in fridge and pantry. Overall, a big thumbs up.

Spacious new well appointed apartment in a great location.

I selected this property based on the location with in the city of Austin. I had only been to Austin one time before so I was basing my decision on research of the best parts of the city for visitors and location centrally located. The building the apartment is brand new with construction still happening on certain floors. The noise if there was any could not be heard from our apartment. The apartment as well as the building over all had a very pleasing design and decor. The common areas of the property, especially the roof top pool area were extremely nice. The apartment itself had 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with nice kitchen and family room. The washer and dryer in the unit along with the balcony were nice bonuses. For me it was extremely convenient that the until had a Nespresso brand coffee maker. I would highly recommend this unit.

Nice condo just off Rainey street and a short walk or Uber everywhere else in Austin. Good place to stay for a group of girlfriends for 3 nights. Very comfortable beds. Amazing rooftop pool!
