We absolutely loved this house! It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for our group. The location was easy to find and made getting around Austin a breeze. It truly made our stay in Austin incredible. We’d definitely stay here again!

Host was great! Very helpful. The house is located in east Austin walkable to two major streets with lots of food and shopping options. Plus a very short drive or longer walk to Rainey street and the River. Was nice to be close to downtown but not deal with the traffic. Had a great skyline view of the city where we at breakfast and drank coffee.

Great location for game day

Great location close to campus. Only complaint is that there is no cable but they have internet TV. I would recommend staying there if you are looking to be close to campus for a game day experience.

Great Location, Great Stay

We came into town from Houston for a UT football game. It was a perfect location in a great neighborhood that was a short 5 minute drive over to the stadium. House was very clean. Owner was very accessible and was very accommodative with our travel plans.

Wedding weekend

This home has it all - beauty, comfort, convenience. Just as pictured. Great choice for exploring downtown Austin. Owner was helpful, attentive, and considerate with quick responses when contacted throughout pre-booking, to reserving, and during stay. Would absolutely stay here again if returning to Austin.

Graduation Visit

We stayed at this property for my son's graduation from University of Texas. The home was nicely maintained, comfortable and ideally located with easy pick up and drop off for Uber/Lyft transportation. Whether we were relaxing around the kitchen table drinking our morning coffee, gathering in the family room to watch a movie, or heading out for graduation festivities, this home was the perfect set up for a family reunion such as ours.

Family Getaway

Property is clean and new as photos show. Neighborhood is convenient location and likely in transition- seems safe. Beds were comfortable. Couches were not comfortable. We never heard the neighbor in the adjoining unit. Outdoor spaces would be nicer if some landscaping was done. I would rent again.

The house was clean and easy for a couple of friends to enjoy and have some space. I did love the neighborhood. The house is tucked a few blocks back from the center of East Austin with plenty of food, music, and night life. In addition, very very near the house is great coffee (Figure 8) and bagels. East Austin looks like an eclectic mix of old west and new west, and still transitioning.
