It’s time to head to the beach! Book your next vacation with us at Sea Dunes #401, a beachfront condo rental in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Overlooking beautiful Okaloosa Island with enough space for eight guests, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo rental is sure to please.

Upon entering your home away from home at the beach, you are greeted by a cheerful and welcoming space that was designed with your vacation in mind. The fourth-floor balcony has access from the living room and primary bedroom so that you can slip out before everyone else wakes up and enjoy a famous Gulf Coast sunrise. There are also Smart TVs in both rooms – a 58” TV in the primary and 70” in the living room – allowing you to enjoy your favorite movie or show before bedtime. Stock the fridge with your favorite snacks from the nearby Publix grocery store and enjoy savory treats or a home-cooked dinner.

After you have unpacked and settled in, head down to check out the amenities offered at Sea Dunes. Go for a dip in the community pool or make your way down the dune walkover down to the shore. Beach vendors are on-site all day during the season – be sure to get down there early to reserve your spot on the sand! In the evenings, the barbecue grills are the perfect spot for a summer cookout.

We absolutely love staying at this property. We liked being on the fourth floor and felt the views were amazing. The management was very easy to work with and we would absolutely come back again. The only suggestion would be it wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped for there were some dishes that you could tell had been put away slightly dirty, and the toilet seat seats should be replaced as they seem very shabby. This is all so minor. We absolutely loved the area and will be back again.

Great Vacation Spot!

We had a great time with our family. We enjoy the more quiet beach area that is not super crowded. The beautiful waters of the Gulf are always a favorite for our family as well. You must check out Stewby's Shanty while there and McGuires Pub. The room was great with plenty of room. We enjoyed the direct ocean views with direct access to the ocean. We will definitely stay again!

Wonderful Week of Relaxation

There were 4 of us and the unit was ideal. The large balcony was roomy, and was a perfect place for our breakfast each morning. The beach access and convenient pool were ideal. The living room and dining table gave us a perfect place for playing cards or catching up. The large kitchen had all the dishes and cookware we needed. While I eventually got all the information I needed, I think more communication before the trip would have been helpful. I didn't know how we would get parking passes until I found them in our unit upon arrival. Check-out procedures were sent via email while I was on site (and not checking email). We were told to bring garbage bags, toilet paper, and paper towels, but not told to bring cleaning supplies (dishwasher pods, dishwashing liquid). Each of these issues are minor, but advanced communications could be useful. I love the keyless entry. We hope to stay in this location on future visits.

Nice getaway

Sea Dunes was a very convenient location, the beach access was easy and our unit was nice. Our only complaint was that there was no restroom by the pool for easy use instead of coming back up to our unit.

Fort Wonderful

Nice, definetely a property mgr vs private owner

for years we have stayed at Sea Dunes but rented from private owners. i missed the personal touches, like a blow dryer, dvd, movies and little extras in the kitchen that owners often think of kuerig, salt/pepper, beach towels, games, etc. but overall very nice - whos complaining when you're at the beach!

Awesome

The condo was wonderful. Perfectly clean, spacious (way more than normal ), plenty of essentials in the kitchen, very comfortable beds, nice decor, amazing views, keyless check in. However, the BEST overall feature was no sliding doors to the balcony, a first for us. It would have been the perfect vacation except I fell in the parking lot and had a trip to the ER to get stitches in my forehead. Very pleased with rental.

Nice place and area

Enjoyed our time. Nice area and place with great beach view and access. Close to Destin and attractions, Would visit again, The only issue was our door code did not work and we had to contact them.

Great place

Very nice condo, very quiet, and fantastic gulf view. Condo was equipped with everything we needed and it all worked! Beds were comfortable and the condo was in a very quiet area. Would definitely stay again. Everything was very convenient to get to, beach, restaurants, stores, etc.

Exactly what you need for your needs

Rooms are clean, tile floor is a plus,full functional kitchen,great view of beach, walk to beach acces, very neutral odor through out condo, obviously this strip it’s great for family ambient, small pool but good enough, will be here soon

Everything was as advertised

We had a good stay. Everything was clean. The pool was small but clean and close to the beach. We loved the convenience of the condo to the beach and the elevators. That provided carts for hauling luggage, which was very nice. Beds were firmer than I prefer, but weren't too bad.
