Dock Holiday- Water views, private boat dock, 2 bed, 2 bath Bayhouse Condo

Welcome to Dock Holiday! Private dock usage comes with this second floor, two bedroom, two bath coastal condo. Tie the boat up after a long day of fishing, without having to worry about pulling the boat out of the water. Teach the kiddos to fish from the dock and watch their faces light up when they reel in that first catch. You also get access to the beautiful community pool and the tennis courts. Located in the heart of Rockport, this lovely Bayhouse condo boasts cool coastal decor and has fantastic views of Canoe Lake from the balcony. This is a great spot for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Inside you'll find an open and inviting living space filled with comfortable seating and great views. The dining table seats six and there are two barstools for extra seating. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up a meal or a pitcher of margaritas. In the master bedroom is a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and wonderful views of Little Bay. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The second bathroom is across the hall. One sofa doubles as a queen sleeper giving the unit a max occupancy of seven. There are tons of games and puzzles for the kiddos and the young at heart to play, three televisions, and three DVD players. There is also a small, portable, propane grill for your convenience. Come enjoy a Dock Holiday and make new memories that will last a lifetime! Streaming TV only.

Condo was better then expected. Great location to resturants and the water. Private boat dock was perfect for us with quick access to the bay. We would recommend this condo and plan to stay again in the future.

Great location, great boat slips. Pool was dirty and aged, TVs in unit were incredibly old to the point they are very hard to use and need 2-3 remotes to do things. However TV isn’t the point of the trip. Unit was clean and we would absolutely come back. Thanks

Perfect for our needs

We had a great stay here - the condo was comfortable, the AC worked well and having a washer and dryer in the unit was so helpful. The price was right for the property. We would stay here again!

Amazing getaway

We absolutely loved our stay with rockport escapes! The condo was amazing. We were welcomed to a clean condo with an amazing balcony that overlooks the pool and Bay Area. My husband and kids fished the dock several times and even had dolphins swimming right below their feet! We felt incredibly safe and the condo area was quiet.

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The condo was a good size for our family of 6, and very clean and comfortable. The location was great; just a short drive to the beach. And a beautiful view of the lake from the balcony. We hope to stay here again!

Wonderful Stay!!

Awesome stay! The Condo itself spacious and right by the pool and fishing. Our host was amazing. Great location close to everything and the beach. Very quite and family friendly condominium. Would definitely come back and highly recommended.

Great Family Vacation

We had an absolute blast! The condo had everything we needed...even fans for the rooms! The beds were comfortable. The view from the balcony was beautiful! And so many games to choose from for us to play at night!

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this condo previously so knew what we were getting - it is not fancy, but it suited our needs for the trip as well as budget. The location is perfect for our family's needs. We did have one issue of getting locked out when the batteries on the lockbox died, but the property manager was responsive and drove over to the property as quickly as possible to fix the situation.

Location was quiet and relaxing. Grandkids loved the pool and it was clean. Reported a problem with the garbage disposal not working properly and it was not fixed. The place was relatively clean, but we had small burrs in the master bedroom carpet that we kept finding if barefoot. The dishwasher worked if you aggressively closed the door.

Overall, the property was very nice and good access to the pool. Everything in the condo was clean and neat. Cons: the tea kettle has rust in it, so you will want to replace that. Also, remove the internet paper by the tv...that has a network ID and password that doesn't exist. Finally, "5" tv remotes is a bit confusing and the one for the Sanyo tv has dead batteries.Just some helpful tips for you. It really is a nice place and we would definitely come return. Thank you so much for a splendid weekend.

Very relaxing

We visit Rockport every year and usual stay in a hotel. So glad I found this condo. We absolutely loved it. Perfect for Family of 4 with 2 twenty years old men. We will definitely be staying here again. Loved the location,the pool,and the dock. Condo was super clean and loved the patio.

Fun stay

We loved this condo. We had everything we needed. Great location and we used the pool a lot. Only problem we had was that we couldn't get any of the tvs to work. We are from PA so I am not sure I about there set up.
