One of the most impressive parts of the condo is its patio area - enjoy and experience the magnificent views of the coast! Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting on the patio table! Alternatively, during the night, you can come here with a glass of wine and experience the incredible views of the night sky surrounded by twinkling stars. Bring along your kayaks or boat with easy access to the waters! (Kayaks not provided) Fish cleaning stations are also provided throughout the complex.

The Bay House community offers amazing amenities, including three refreshing swimming pools, tennis courts, ample parking for vehicles and boat trailers, and direct access to Little Bay and Canoe Lake.
