Welcome to Emmylou & Patsy at the Painted Ladies Nashville

Situated in the Buena Vista neighborhood and adjacent to the charming and historic Germantown neighborhood, this property is perfect for easy access to Nashville's best nightlife, dining, and entertainment. With an open floor plan, locally inspired decor and modern chef’s kitchen, this spacious home is a welcoming abode after a day of eating, vintage shopping, and bar hopping.

There’s a reason Nashville, TN has become one of the country’s most loved southern cities. With its vibrant nightlife, country music scene, and incredible food, “Nashvegas” is a top destination for people simply looking to have a good time- which means lots of drinking and eating. Visitors flock to Broadway, a street lined with multi-level bars playing live music and serving bbq. You might get stuck in traffic behind party bikes called Pedal Taverns, but you’re more likely to cheer them on than get road rage because having fun is part of the culture in Nashville.

Excellent for a large group! Clean and when something was needed host was very responsive. Close to everything. Short and cheap Uber rides to downtown. Great places to eat and shop in germantown within walking distance. Would stay again

Lots of space, great bedrooms and bathrooms. Great location, easy to get to everything Nashville has to offer. Modern appliances, and lots of natural light from windows. We had 16 people staying in the two townhouses, and we had plenty of space for everyone. Convenient parking as well. There was dust and cobwebs in corners, so it could have had a more thorough cleaning. One toilet and one garbage disposal were not working. They offered to fix while we were there, but we declined so it wouldn't interfere with our stay.Overall, a very positive experience.

Great weekend stay

Easy access to Broadway and very close to Kroger for groceries. House had plenty of amenities and a great kitchen. Only complaint was the bed sizes, we thought we were getting queens and they were all smaller (full size?). Would stay again for sure.

Family Trip

Location was great, condos were clean and being right next door allowed us to easily go back and forward. We were able to bring our dog which was a big deal for us as he travels with us all the time. It was very accommodating. If we ever go back to Nashville, we would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Property was in a great location, big enough for our large group. We never felt cramped which was nice, everyone had their own space. The description had a bbq grill in it, but there was none at this location. The property manager was very prompt and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The Avant team was so responsive! The houses were great. The location was generally quiet except for occasional sirens. The major exception was that on several mornings at 7:00 am, the maintenance crew began blowing leaves and debris off of the property, making sleep impossible. We appreciated the kitchen having a few starter items for us, including coffee. There’s a Walmart within walking distance and a Whole foods grocery store a few miles away.

The rental was very easy to book and communication was great. I would just text a question and always got an answer very timely. Was in a great location close to Broadway, grocery store and a Pub.

Great townhouse in convenient location

Great place to stay in Nashville for our first visit to the city! Would definitely consider booking again. Rooms were all great size with lots of space for everyone. Only a few small issues when we arrived - Nest thermostats were missing and lacked some things like extra towels and empty soaps - but it was easy to resolve with AvantStay.

Sibling Get-together

Feel free to post my review: We were a group of 16 siblings & spouses that rented and LOVED our stay at the well-appointed Kitty, Faith, and Barbara - three almost identical townhomes right next to each other. There was plenty of space to gather together, and also enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to feel comfortable. Absolutely perfect location - within walking distance to pubs, restaurants, grocery & liquor stores - and just a short uber/lyft ride downtown & to several Nashville locations. Already looking forward to our next visit!!!

Daughter Graduation Celebration

We rented 2 units side by side for our family of 11. The property was absolutely beautiful. We swiftly adjusted to the stairs. The property and space were absolutely beautiful. Every bedroom did not provide a television, however, the family room was absolutely wonderful. The kitchen area supplied everything we needed in both units. Bathrooms were modern design and spacious. Everyone was pleased.

Positives/negatives

The location was great bathroom on the lower floor was quite small, hard to maneuver, and there was dust on the light fixtures and could’ve used more towels rather than one set. We could have used more large frying pans. Beds were comfortable. We were not able to check in to 4 o’clock would’ve been nice to drop off our luggage rather than tote them all around downtown.
