The Rooftop House Nash is the perfect place to stay to experience Music City! We have a well-equipped rooftop with skyline views and are a 5 minute walk to The Gulch neighborhood, a 10 minute Uber from the airport, a 5 minute Uber to Broadway, and walkable to many areas including the Gulch, 12th South, Edgehill, Wedgewood Houston, & Capital View. We're so excited to host you!

The Space:
The house is brand new and thoughtfully decorated to accommodate travelers! We have TVs and full length mirrors in every bedroom. We boast a designated makeup room lit with LED makeup lights to help make sure everyone has space to get ready to hit the town! With 11 beds, there are PLENTY of options for sleeping - no one will be fighting over rooms because they are all fantastic. Every entry point has push button key code locks for your convenience. The property has a two car garage and there is additional parking in front of the property on the street.

On New Years Eve and 4th of July, enjoy the downtown fireworks from the roof!!!

We have everything you need to cook a large meal - pots and pans, baking sheets, utensils, a large crock pot, etc. Our large dining room table sits 7 and we have 4 bar seats in the kitchen. We also have two coolers in the garage if you like to enjoy your beverages iced cold!

Your hosts are Nashville restaurant and brewery aficionados and have plenty of recommendations for you! We're so happy you're here!

The house is great and would stay again. However, the one bunk beds are in a hallway not a separate room. We did not spend a lot of time at the house because we were exploring Nashville, but it was a great house.

Great Location

We loved this place for a night in Nashville with several families. Held all of us well, Tons of space and very clean. The beds are super comfy as well!

Fun house for group!

This house is amazing - brand new and setup for a group. Loved the rooftop patio - although the patio in October was a bit too cold at night for this Texas girl. Easy to get a Lyft to tourist spots - but lovely to have 2 car garage for rental that we used to/from airport.

Great location with lots of space

Very clean, beautifully decorated with a fully supplied kitchen and lots of room for family. Absolutely loved the rooftop space. Walking distance to the gulch, and when we felt extra energetic...walked to the Broadway area. Otherwise we ubered. Great communication. Only issue I found is some of the bedroom and bathroom doors were really squeeky/ loud when opening. Potential to wake others up. Would highly reccomend ! Looks just like the photos!

It's steps from the famous Gulch...you'll find Nashville is a very walkable city. The house is new construction with all the bells and whistles. The rooftop view of the city skyline is ASTOUNDING, especially at dusk.

Our house is thoughtfully designed for travel. We have TVs and full length mirrors in every bedroom. We also have a unique makeup room so that groups of people can get ready to hit the town together. We have intentionally planned every detail of this house so that your stay is care-free and easy...you will never be searching for the things you need.

Unique items/benefits include: coolers for rooftop/golf use, a built in safe, literally everything you would need for cooking in the kitchen, hairdryers in every bathroom, extra towels, extra throw blankets, multiple mirrors in every room, and keypad entry locks on every outside door. Unlike a lot of other area rentals, our house does not share walls with any other houses - it is NOT a duplex.

We, the owners, are local and are right around the corner and will drop everything at the drop of a hat to make sure you're completely happy!
