New construction Townhome with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and an AMAZING rooftop! This Unit has more than you'll need: a fully stocked kitchen, Nectar Mattresses for your sleep comfort, white feather duvets, and Egyptian cotton linens. It's the perfect place to relax after a fun outing in Music City! Did I mention the gorgeous furnished rooftop?
Kcups, cream, sugar, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Also, Corn hole boards to play and coolers for your pre-gaming.
Our Unit is the ideal place for your getaway. Located only 10 min uber ride from Broadway music fun, 15 min from the Nashville Airport, and 13 min from the Grand Ole Opry.

The property is as advertised. Very clean. Easy check in. The host was easy to contact and responded quickly to any communication. I enjoyed mornings on the roof deck. If you have mobility issues, be prepared for stairs. Comfortable beds, and furniture. The house is well presented. I will reserve this property again when I come back to town if it's available.The property is close to traintracks, but no trains ran too late at night. Easy drive to downtown.

The home was central to most things. Shopping, dining, entertainment. We enjoyed the spacious layout though there were lots of stairs. The rooftop was great. The kitchen was well stocked if we wanted to prepare anything. The property managers were responsive, The home was decorated nicely and while there are reviews about the trains it was not unbearable. Bonus: TVs & ceiling fans in all rooms is a rare find.

Great place to stay for our group of 8. Enough space for everyone and loved every couple having their own bathroom space! Getting an Uber or Lyft to and from the airport, downtown Broadway and other places was a breeze! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay, very clean. The host was very accommodating. Close to downtown. We had 4 couples and everyone had their own room and bathroom. There was a train however it was a non issue to any of us. Would highly recommend staying there.

WE DIDNT GET THE PASSWORDS UNTILABOUT 6 THAT NIGHT. I SENT HIM SEVERAL MESSAGES BEFORE WE LEFT TEXAS, HE NEVER RESPONDED TO ANY OF THEM.. THE TOWNHOUSE WE STAYED IN WAS BEAUTIFUL , NO PROBLEMS THERE EXCEPT HAD TO GET USE TO THE TRAIN AALL THE TIME.

This townhome provided a great atmosphere and ample space for a large gathering and was only a short drive to main attractions in Nashville. It is right next to an active train track and the garage is not made for larger vehicles, but a noise machine and outdoor cameras helped address these issues. Checkout was a breeze as you just pack your bags and head out on your next adventure!

Perfect for a group

The house was so nice and was perfect for a group. The owners were accommodating and so quick to respond. They were very helpful. Beds were comfy and it was clean. We really appreciated how easy it was to stay here and how little stress it was.
