Welcome to The Blue Pearl PCB a spacious two-story townhome retreat featuring two private oversized balconies at the incomparable Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort. The villa is situated on a scenic golf course, with lake views, water features, and abundance of visiting wildlife to enjoy while relaxing on a balcony or playing a game of cornhole. A complete renovation includes two bedrooms upstairs, both with private en-suites, and a third full bathroom on the main floor. We have partnered with a highly regarded housekeeping team ensuring that the home is always clean, well-ordered, and fully prepared for each guest's arrival.

The Blue Pearl PCB sleeps up to 7 guests (6 all ages + 1 toddler). Inside is a gorgeous living area with oversized sectional sleeper sofa and two additional chairs. The three flatscreen smart TV's are large and perfect for taking in movies at night or sports on the weekend. The open concept kitchen offers all full-sized appliances, a beautiful farmhouse sink, and island that is perfect for prepping meals while socializing with friends and family. Dishes, pots, pans, silverware, blender, a Keurig Duo coffee maker, and more are available to make meal and snack prep a breeze. Seating for 4 is offered with our dining table with 2 bar stools situated at the kitchen peninsula counter. Pack n Play and/or a Graco Made-2-Grow Highchair/booster for infants-40 lb child are available upon request "before" check-in.

A pantry, a full-size washer and dryer, and an iron/ironing board are all included as well.

In the master bedroom is a queen-sized bed and a toddler bed along with an en suite master bathroom. The second bedroom offers two twin beds with a private en suite bathroom. A third full bath is located on the main floor just off the living area and features granite counters and a tiled tub/shower combo. Note: the 7th bed available is for a toddler.

Villa #310 offers two oversized balconies for you to enjoy including space for a family cornhole game (provided).

The Blue Pearl PCB is located on the 2nd floor and is itself a two-story condo. There are no elevators, and you will be able to park right in front of our access stairs, no waiting on eternal beach elevators! This beauty is only a 4-minute walk to the beach or hop on the free Resort-wide tram.

A seasonally heated pool is located just steps from our front door, and the Resort's convention center and clubhouse are right across the street. We are one of the closest buildings to the pedestrian bridge to the beach, lagoon pool, and splash pad.

--> Resort fee is included with your booking and includes one parking pass. Due to high season Saturdays in July check-in time is 6 pm to allow cleaning. You will receive a text on arrival day if checking in before 6 pm is available.
