The apartment included all the amenities as described. There were two queen beds, two twin beds, and a hide-a-bed couch to sleep our family.The kitchen included basics for preparing basic items, though we did not cook any meals, there were supplied items that you could if you desired.The home does not have a/c which is noted, but there were fans for each room, and utilizing the evening breeze it was comfortable at night. The bathrooms were sufficient, and two showers/two w.c. were key. We also did laundry every night and the machine and drying racks were up to the task.The only call out was the firmness of the beds. They were quite hard which was a bit rough at times. We were doing a lot of exploring of the city so we were all very tired by the end of the day which made this fact less of a challenge as our exhaustion helped us crash at the end of the day.Overall, great location close to the metro line. Great shops just down stairs for morning crepes, a bakery, a coffee shop, and several markets within 2-3 minute walk. Appreciated the opportunity to stay.

The apartment’s location is excellent—right in the heart of the Marais, which in my opinion is the best area to stay in Paris. You’re surrounded by great restaurants, cafés, and bakeries, and everything is easily walkable. Communication with the host was smooth, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow.That said, there are a few important details that weren’t obvious from the listing. There are no doors between the bedrooms, so privacy is very limited. One of the “bedrooms” is essentially part of the living room, which has been divided into two spaces. The layout overall is a bit unconventional, as the unit appears to be a combination of two apartments (there are two kitchens).The bathroom setup is also unusual. One bathroom does not have a toilet, and to access a toilet you need to go through another bedroom to reach a half-bath near the second kitchen. Additionally, one of the bathrooms didn’t have a small garbage can, which was inconvenient.Lastly, we requested a second key after check-in but were simply told only one was available. For a listing that accommodates up to eight people, having at least two keys would be very helpful.Overall, we had a good stay and the location truly stands out. With a few small improvements—like clearer listing details, an extra key, and basic bathroom amenities—this could be an even better experience for future guests. We would stay again.

Regarding the second toilet, there is precisely a map of the apartment on the online ad where the layout of the rooms appears and, in addition, it is specified in the text of the ad that the rooms are communicating. This is the first time that travelers have mentioned this, these items appear in the online ad. Sorry for the small bin in one of the bathrooms and for the discomfort this has caused you. There is no Air Conditioning but there are essentially 2 kitchens and 2 full bathrooms (though one of the toilets and showers are in separate areas from each other). There are no doors to any bedrooms and you have to walk through one bedroom to get to another.
