Au coeur de Paris Dans un élégant bâtiment en pierre historique doté de hauts plafonds et de parquet. Au deuxième étage (américain), au premier étage (français), ascenseur et entrée sécurisée.
Convient aux couples, amis ou familles avec 2 enfants pour découvrir les célèbres attractions touristiques à pied ou en métro (4 stations à 2/3 minutes à pied) ou en bus.
Beau salon / salle à manger spacieux pour se détendre après une journée de visites. Internet, WiFi, chaînes de télévision internationales.
Les deux chambres ont chacune un lit king size extra confortable qui peut être séparé en un lit simple.
Extra lit mobile disponible pour cinquieme personne.(lit bébé et chaise haute disponibles)
Il y a dans chaque pièce des ventilateurs, des chauffages et des lampes latérales.
La salle de bain familiale a une baignoire / douche, un lavabo et des toilettes, la salle de bain 2 a une douche et un lavabo.
La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend un réfrigérateur avec congélateur, une cuisinière vitrocéramique, un four micro-ondes, un lave-linge et un sèche-linge.
Et aussi un grille-pain, une cafetière, une chaudière et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner des repas de base.
Le quartier est très proche de nombreuses attractions touristiques:
Comme les belles arcades devant le bâtiment avec de nombreuses boulangeries spéciales, boutiques, bons restaurants, boutiques d'antiquités et plus.
Vous pouvez vous rendre à pied à l’Opéra, à Montmartre, au musée du Louvre, aux célèbres magasins Galleries la Fayette pour découvrir les dernières tendances en matière de mode, accessibles à pied!
Egalement proche du musée de cire et des salles de vente aux enchères publiques de Drouot.
Il y a 4 stations de métro à 2/3 minutes à pied. et de nombreux arrêts de bus à proximité .. Le train express de Disneyland est très proche.
Il y a un marché et des épiceries, des supermarchés et des boulangeries juste au coin de la rue. Idéal pour des vacances agréables en famille ou entre amis!

Great stay for a family of 5

We stayed here as a family of 5 (17/14/11). The house was a perfect size for us. The windows provide a great breeze, and each room had a portable AC unit which was fine for our needs. The house is nicely located to boulangeries, metro, bus stops, grocery stores, restaurants and more.

Beautiful starting point to explore Paris

This apartment was exactly what we wanted: well-stocked, spacious, living in a neighborhood close to several metro stops, exceptional food down the street, including daily boulangerie trips for croissants and baguettes. The place was comfortable, convenient, and Joelle and Livio were exceptional hosts who were very welcoming. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Wonderful stay

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) stayed here for 8 days in April 2025. Check in and communication with the owners was super easy, the place was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was lovely. There is a bus stop right out front and several metro stops in a few block radius. This is a residential area with loads of good shops, groceries, and restaurants. We will certainly stay here again the next time we are in Paris.

Every moment of our stay was amazing. From the initial conversation with Livio prior to the visit where I was given tons of information about the location, restaurants and transportation in the area to the quaint Perisian apartment. Our stay at this apartment was wonderful. Location was different for us as we have stayed in the Latin Quarter on prior visits to Paris but this was every bit as pleasurable. No shortages of restaurants all around us, metro stations within an easy 5 minute walk, several markets for groceries and other items close by. Most of all we felt safe without any reservations about walking any time of day. Everything we wanted to see was easily reached. Last but not least, the apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and spacious for the two of us. Big bonus was the washer/dryer and the elevator, even though the apartment was up one floor. Thank you for sharing your apartment with us.

This is in a great location for the Metro, shopping (food, wine, patisserie) and not very touristy. Lots of good restaurants and a chocolatier across the street. Street noise is noticeable but there are fans in the bedrooms.

Great flat in a great location

Great, two bedroom flat in the 9th. We were able to walk everywhere and most sites were within a mile walk. Plenty of metro stops, restaurants and cafes nearby. Great communication with the host. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family apartment!

My family, and I had an amazing time staying at this beautiful apartment in Paris! Reasonably priced, clean, accommodating, and very friendly owners. Apartment had everything we needed, very close to metro stations, and lots of restaurants, bakeries, and little grocery stores nearby. We will definitely be back!

The location was excellent. It was a large space.The owners of the apartment were very cooperative and helpful, however the details of the property were not accurate. It was listed as a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. The second bathroom had no toilet and the shower was so small if you turned around you hit the valve controlling the water temperature. The sink was so tiny that it was impossible to wash your face or brush your teeth without soaking the floor. One of the single beds made terribly loud squeaking noises when you moved.

Lovely flat with spacious, comfortable living room. Location was very good. Great security, Comfortable beds for all, but the four pillows for four guests need to be replaced. One was oddly lumpy and the rest were flat. The host is lovely and checked in before, during and after our stay. Unfortunately my email wasn’t working, so I couldn’t respond. The unit manager was supposed to greet us and show us how to use the confusing washing machine, but instead left the keys in a mailbox, and messaged us instructions. She did however provide us with two additional pillows. All in all, we loved this property and would highly recommend.
