Luxurious 3,000 SF wine country home with sweeping Bennett Valley and Spring Lake views. Nestled against Annadel State Park. Soak in the gorgeous rolling hills, hike our rugged mountain trails, enjoy dinner in the gardens, or bike to local wineries. Paradise for bikers and hikers, families, and anyone looking for a stunning Sonoma retreat for exploring all that wine country has to offer. Sonoma, Healdsburg and Calistoga close by.

BEDROOMS-
All bedrooms have their own bathroom.
The house is well suited to groups seeking privacy and space to spread out.
The large primary king suite features a spacious en-suite bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower.
There is a second very large king suite downstairs, with its own media room with PlayStation 5 and separate garden entrance. The media room also has a convertible couch that expands to a full size bed (bed #5).
Go for a quiet early morning swing on the hanging chair just outside the bedroom, or stroll out to the gardens. There is a separate small office/nursery adjacent to the downstairs suite- ideal for families with small children.
The 3rd King bedroom is on the opposite sides of the house from the private primary suite and each feature beautiful views, plenty of natural light, and adjacent full bathrooms.
The 4th King bed is located in a spacious Bonus room on the main level with large closet and gorgeous views.
KITCHEN-
Freshly update in 2021, the large, open chef`s kitchen features splendid views over the hills, a gorgeous waterfalled island, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, nespresso, and large farmhouse dining table. There is a lovely covered deck with an additional dining table just off of the kitchen.
OUTDOOR SPACE-
The house is set among 1/2 acre of curated California gardens, full of fruit trees, hummingbirds, and lovely blossoms in season. Enjoy fabulous sunsets over the rolling hills from the spacious deck off of the living room, with comfortable patio seating. Pick your own apples, citrus, herbs, and stone fruits in season, play corn hole, swing in the egg chair, or just enjoy a quiet moment with a cup of tea.

Beautiful hilltop community just 10 minutes from downtown Santa Rosa. We are neighbors with goats, chickens, and horses. The entrance to Annadel State park is 2 minute walk from the house.
It is recommended guests have a car for transportation. There is limited Uber and Lyft availability on a spontaneous basis in the Sonoma / Napa valley.
This home is ideal for small groups of friends and family to gather for a relaxing time in wine country.
Please Note: We do not allow party groups of any kind. Do not book this home for bachelorette, wedding, birthday party, or any other type of gathering or celebrations. The owners live close by and keep an eye on the house, and our neighbors are friendly but quick to respond to noise disturbances or extra people/cars on the property. Any noise complaints or excess number of people/cars will result in cancellation of your reservation without refund. Thanks so much for your understanding and cooperation!

NO PETS- We have expensive and rare furnishings, as well as curated artwork and decor from our travels around the world. Additionally, the garden is full of botanical specimens that we do not want disturbed by animals. Lastly, the yard is not fenced, and we have cougar, coyote, bobcats, and hawks that have sadly carried off many neighborhood pets over the years. Please leave your dogs and cats at home!
