Grand Old Polo Estate

The Old Polo Estate is a private oasis located on 5 beautiful acres, offering 2 par three golf holes, a 1,600 square foot pool, extensive entertaining areas, and a grassy expanse. In the heart of Coachella, it is just one mile from where Coachella Fest, Stagecoach, and Desert Trip are held.

The designer compound sleeps 26, with 10 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, open great room and a large game room. Compound also includes a detached Casita with a private entrance and full kitchen. The compound has been professionally decorated and well suited to accommodate private/exclusive groups.

**Pool is heated for an extra fee of $200 / day with a 2-day minimum and requires a $250 pre-heating charge to get it to heat. It heats between 84-85 degrees. We need to know at least 7 days before arrival, as we must start the heater early to get it to the proper temperature.
**During winter Dec through March 31 the temperature would be 78-82 degrees

Wonderful trip with family and friends

Our host, Chris was very accommodating and very responsive. This place is an outdoor paradise and we enjoyed all of the amenities. Highly recommend! Most of the bedrooms have an en suite which was great for our group. We drew straws for the primary suite but were all happy with our accommodations. Fantastic weekend and in the top 3 of rentals for the festivals so far.

Beautiful Oasis in the Desert

This place was absolutely stunning. The house was clean and up to date, and the décor was beautiful. It was very large and roomy so we felt like we had plenty of space. The yard was just amazing-everyone loved the putting green and the pool and spa were like a resort. We used the outdoor kitchen to BBQ and everything was very nice. Everything was clean and stocked and communciation with the host was a breeze.

Coaches Retreat

We had an amazing time at the Grand Old Polo. We had 25 total people, including 7 kids ranging from 1-12 years old. It was the perfect setup. Lots of space for everyone. The casita and the cottage allowed us to separate the families with young kids. The check in process was easy as Beth met us at the gate and showed us around upon arrival. Everything was very smooth and detailed. Plenty of room in the pool, around the fire pits, and gathering areas for our large group. We will not hesitate to stay at the Grand Old Polo Grounds again!

We are Thankful!

We went to the Old Polo Estate for Thanksgiving week- spent 4 days there.We wanted to have a large space to accommodate our large family and be able to entertain the kids and everyone. This place is really great! We played pickleball, swam, the boys hit some balls on the golf course, we toasted up s’mores and the list goes on! It is truly an incredible property. I also want to say- the property management people were very quick to respond.Very professional . There were a couple of small things we needed handled and they were on it!! I have nothing but great things to say about this place! We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous estate property that you won't want to leave

Wow! The Grand Old Polo Estate was not only relaxing but also beautiful! We celebrated my husband's and our friend's birthday at the Estate and we were not disappointed. The property owner, Chris, was a pleasure to work with and when we arrived both Sarah and Eunice went out of their way to welcome us (even bringing over brand new pool towels so we didn't have to bring our own from home). The backyard of the Estate is gorgeous - it comes with a sand volleyball court, a beautiful pool and spa, a lake and a small area to golf. The amenities made it feel like we were at a resort, so much so that we didn't want to leave the property. The kitchen and eating area was great for our group of 12, and the game room was fun for or guests. They really thought of every detail and we truly enjoyed ourselves. We hope to come back soon!

Absolutely Amazing

This property was one of a kind. The massive pool and infinity tub were a favorite for our group. We definitely utilized the outdoor bar and grill during the day as well. Having a volleyball court and golf course in our backyard made it feel like we were on our own private resort, it was amazing. The house was also incredible. It was open and spacious, with plenty of spaces large enough for us to all gather, but we also felt like we had our own space when we wanted it. Everything was very clean and up to date. We loved the game room which kept us all entertained for hours in the evenings. The estate was incredible and the owners were great, we will definitely be coming back. Thank you!
