The Space:
Casa Monmar is located within the exclusive Las Colinas Hillside Residences at Puerta Cortés Resort. The home has been recently updated with new furnishings and modern kitchen appliances, offering a comfortable and functional layout ideal for families or groups.
The property includes:
• 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
• Primary bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom with bathtub
• Second bedroom with a king-size bed
• Third bedroom with twin beds
• Optional folding single bed available for an additional guest
Each bedroom features a 55” Smart TV. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, and private parking.
Small dogs under 20 lbs are welcome with prior authorization. A pet fee applies.

All guests staying at Casa Monmar enjoy access to select amenities within Las Colinas and the greater Puerta Cortés Resort, offering comfort, convenience, and beautiful surroundings.

DISCLOSURE:
The Las Colinas community pool is temporarily closed for repairs starting May 18, 2026, with an estimated reopening by the end of June 2026. This improvement project is managed by the HOA/community administration and may generate light activity during daytime hours. Guests still have access to Puerto Beach Club by Hotel Indigo and other resort amenities.

Getting around the resort:
Within Puerta Cortés, guests can move easily on foot or by using the provided golf cart. The resort features pedestrian paths and convenient access to the marina, dining areas, golf course, and common spaces.
Getting around La Paz:
Downtown La Paz and the Malecón are about a 10–15 minute drive. Ride-hailing services, taxis, and private drivers are readily available. For guests who prefer not to drive, we can help arrange private transportation or recommend reliable local services.

Girls trip
We stayed here on a girls trip. It worked out wonderful for us all. The house was clean and comfortable. The amenities around the resort were very nice and accommodating as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in La Paz.

Lovely village and very attentive hosts!
We stayed for the holidays and enjoyed every moment of it. The village is beautifully decorated! The manager and hosts were attentive and made us feel welcome and at home. Puerta Cortes is also a beautiful resort. Will definitely book again with Nautilus!

Beautiful stay in La Paz
The property was ideal for 2 couples enjoying La Paz with golf nearby as well as the best beach! We also thoroughly enjoyed using the beach club pool and having great breakfasts and lunches at the restaurant. The house was exquisitely furnished and decorated. We loved the spacious and comfortable outdoor seating with an incredible view. Ana the property manager was the best—communicating often via WhatsApp made it easy for a smooth arrival. There were a few minor plumbing issues and she arranged for workers to fix them promptly. It was the perfect setting for a truly relaxing vacation and we hope to return.

Amazing Experience & Perfect Stay!
From weeks in advance to the day before our stay, the property manager was amazing. She answered all of our questions way in advance, text us from her personal cell throughout our drive from Cabo and was at the property to meet us when we arrived. She went over all of the luxuries of this property along with all of amenities we had access to as part of this wonderful property. This property is perfect for a stay in La Paz. It has access to Hotel Indigo, a golf cart with private path to the hotel, which includes restaurants, marina, private beach club, gym, coffee shop, etc. There are amazing restaurants within the hotel, on the top of the private golf club with amazing views. We had gym access, heated swimming pool access at the hotel and at our gated property as well. All of the staff was friendly and beyond wonderful. Our villa was perfect for our family with a room for both our 19 year old son and our 7 year old daughter, with a master bedroom, walk in closet, master bath and great water pressure, bottled water service and full kitchen. La Paz is a gem and this location is central to all that it has to offer. El Malecon is just a 10-15 minute drive away with plenty of surrounding parking or lyfts available. The surrounding beaches are only 15 minutes away. Highly recommend the property and we will hopefully be back next December. Thank you Marcela for an amazing stay!

A perfect vacation stay! The home was spotless, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything from toiletries to beach gear. The golf cart was a highlight for exploring the property, and having full resort access was a huge plus. From the plush towels to the provided coffee and drinking water, the attention to detail was impressive. Highly recommended!
