Casa La Playa is a home rebuilt from the ground up to make it more enjoyable and with wider views to the Sea of Cortez, which you can enjoy from almost every space of the house. It has a private garage for one car.

It is located at a 10 minute drive from La Paz downtown.

This property is located at a privileged place at the beach of La Paz Bay. And is the perfect space for friends and families to enjoy it together. The only owners of this property used to live at this home, and decided to move out so more people could experience the calmness and joy of this vacation home. Welcome to Casa La Playa.

This home has fiber optic wifi, washer and dryer and free parking at the home.

MASTER BEDROOM: It has a king size bed, a smart TV, a couple of arm chairs for reading and enjoying the morning coffee, a full bathroom with a big enough dressing room. Last but not least, this room offers the best view from the house to the bay of La Paz on its private terrace. This room is the only area on the second floor. Guests must use stairs to get here.

BEDROOM No. 2: It has a queen bed, a dedicated workspace, a smart TV, partial view to the ocean and a full bathroom.

BEDROOM No. 3: It has a full bed with a twin bed underneath, a dedicated workspace, Smart TV and a full bathroom.

BEDROOM No. 4: It has a bunk bed with a twin bed underneath. A full bed down and a twin bed up. This room shares a full bathroom with the living room.

LIVING ROOM: This living room is a wide open space with a big comfortable couch that could become an extra bed for a couple of young people. This couch was made with bed mattresses and it would be the space for the 12th guest. It has a big Smart TV, perfect for watching sports or catching up with the news. The oceanview is quite something from this area of the house.

KITCHEN: Our kitchen is an open space shared with the living room and the inside dining area. A fully-equipped kitchen perfect for any moment. The island kitchen has 6 high chairs for the early birders, fast meals or for making cocktails.

DINING AREA: A bay view dining area for up to 8 people.

BEACHFRONT PATIO: Right out the living room area, there is the most desired place of the house, a dining table for up to 12 people, a BBQ area, a table football, and a few couches and chairs for enjoying the whole day, it doesn't matter where the sun is, there will be a fine spot for chilling and relaxing.

POOL AREA: A heated pool makes it easier to enjoy this home the whole year. With 4 beach lounges and shades to get the whole experience at this front beach pool. We also have a small wading pool for kids or just for relaxing.
