We stayed at the 2nd Street Downtown in Loveland in mid September. The check-in and access to the property was very easy. Once inside, the property was just as pictured. Exactly what we needed for our stay. The kitchen was perfect and fully stocked. Everything was extremely clean. We felt right at home! The thing I was most impressed with was the communication with the host. He welcomed us as soon as we got there, checked in during the middle of our stay, and checked in on our last day to make sure we were aware of the check out process. I did ask a question and he responded quickly. To me, that made me feel welcome in an unfamiliar place. All in all, I would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying in the beautiful state of Colorado!

Loveland trip

Close to downtown Loveland. We had a real nice stay. I would definitely rent this if I ever stay in Loveland again.

Great stay

We had a great time. Walking distance to downtown Loveland and easy drives to hiking, breweries and other adventures. Property was simple, clean, and welcoming.

Our stay at 2nd Street was great. The house was nice, clean and well-appointed. The neighborhood was quiet, everything was convenient - shopping, eating. We would stay again.

Ideal Location

My family stayed 3 nights during a friend's wedding. The townhome had everything we need to make are stay comfortable. The location is great for those traveling without a car.

Downtown Loveland

It was good, the location, the size, and the accommodations. The only thing I can say that we wished it had was a coffee maker instead of a keurig, otherwise everything else was good

Amazing location

We were in town for a softbal tournament with my family and coaches. Central location to the field in longmont and the fields ip the street in loveland. Very big kitchen, we cooked almost all our meals there. We would definately come back again.

Love This Home

We loved staying in this home in Loveland! The location was great, and most of all, the home was so clean! The entire process was seamless -- from email inquiries to booking to accessing the home. The ease of these details was sincerely appreciated! A close family member lives in the area, so we will definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Connecting with friends and seeing the fall leaves

Loveland and Fort Collins were great to visit. The house is located a short walk from the charming downtown district. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The house was set up with everything we needed. Wonderful!

Another Great Experience

This was our 2nd time to stay at this great home, and we had a wonderful experience! We were in Loveland for 10 days and so enjoyed our time there. It's a great location with a well-stocked kitchen. Communication with the property manager was excellent, and we had no concerns whatsoever during our stay. We hope to stay in this home a 3rd time when we return to visit our family in Colorado.

Home Base to Look around for Relo

This was the ideal location for us to see the areas where we're looking to move. Loveland is a great small town. Great food, great people, great parks...and this townhome is in the perfect spot to enjoy them all. The property manager kept in great contact and was very available when needed (surprise Halloween snow). We absolutely loved and appreciated this rental.

Another Amazing Stay

This was my family's 3rd time to stay at this perfect townhome in downtown Loveland. As always, it was extremely clean, very comfortable, and the perfect location! Communication with the host was also perfect and prompt -- I had no concerns but emailed a question about having an extra blanket available since the weather was predicted to be very cold (an additional blanket was already provided). We will surely stay here in the future! Thank you so much!
