Are you looking to be close to great beaches and buzzing restaurants and nightlife, but far enough removed to enjoy peace, relaxation and stunning ocean views??
The condo is located in the serene hillside of Playas Del Coco, just minutes from town, where you’ll find shops, boutiques and world class culinary fare. The area also offers many great tours as well as being a short drive to all of Guanacaste’s many attractions! Whether you prefer sailing to remote islands to see dolphins and sting rays, snorkeling, sport-fishing, diverse dining options, or simply lounging the day away on lush, tropical beaches…Coco has something for you!
Wake up to the sound of birds chirping and enjoy your morning coffee on our large, private balcony, or take a dip in the refreshing infinity pool (just one level up!) The large, well-stocked kitchen is perfect for all of your cooking needs and there is a washer and dryer should you need to do laundry. Enjoy an open floor plan with a living room that has plenty of seating for your guests and a smart TV to stream your favorite shows. Make sure not to miss the spectacular sunsets from the pool or the Lookout restaurant (featured on NETFLIX-only 3 min away!) There are stairs involved getting to and from the condo ;)
Whether it’s adventure or R&R you’re looking for, Costa Rica has it all; and being only 25 minutes from the Liberia International airport could not make Coco a more convenient or perfect location. Come experience the Pura Vida lifestyle!

Amazing view
Our 2 month stay was wonderful and the property owners were very accommodating. When ever we had an issue (only small ones) they were handled quickly. The condo is spacious and clean with all the amenities and accessories required for a great stay. The pool area is quite nice and encourages social gatherings which we enjoyed. The temperature of the pool however was quite chilly but allowed for refreshing tips. The parking lot is quite small and requires a carefully maneuvering but manageable if you have a small vehicle. The drive up to the condo requires a good vehicle and a bit of a running start. Walking anywhere around the property will require a level of fitness as it's very hilly. The views are spectacular and worth the drive up. We enjoyed our stay.

30 minute walk to town
My wife and I stayed a week at Colinas Turquesa. We found owner Melissa to very thoughtful, kind, and responsive to all our questions and messages. The property management team however was often difficult to reach. Despite sharing exactly when we would be arriving in Coco, nobody from the property management team met us at check in. Instead they had the condo caretaker let us in the suite. Property owners are great/responsive. The local property management/maintenance/housekeeping was somewhat lacking and cleaning service definitely needs to be stepped up. Hopefully the HOA in the condo complex can be a bit more considerate of residents and guests staying here to ensure noise from building upgrades is minimized as we were awoken on two separate mornings at 7:30am with the sound of workers at the pool deck. Bed comfort is obviously a personal thing, but we found the foam topper pretty useless and it kept slipping off the mattress so we removed it for the entire time we stayed here. This neighborhood is uniquely suited to dog lovers as they will make definitely make their presence heard night and day.
