Emplacement de choix dans les magnifiques condos Cocomarindo. Sur la route d'Ocotal, à 800 mÚtres du centre-ville de Coco. Cocomarindo est fermé, gardien de 24 heures. Sécurise. Aménagement paysager luxuriant, grande piscine de forme libre avec un bar attrayant au toit de chaume. Buanderie sur place.

L'unité est située confortablement prÚs de la piscine. L'unité dispose de 2 chambres pouvant accueillir chacune 2 personnes (2 lits simples dans la chambre d'amis). Il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon / salle à manger pouvant accueillir 2 personnes. Capacité maximale de 6 personnes. Pas d'animaux de compagnie.

Les singes hurleurs visitent chaque soir quand les mangues sont en saison.

Excellent setting, condo needs an update, atmosphere is friendly.

Lovely pool area, sewer smell at times. Convenience store and very good restaurant very very close. Security was superb.

Clean and simple with a great pool!

We had a great time! This unit is as pictured, clean and simply appointed with all the basic necessities you need. Lots of towels in the unit, air conditioners worked great, nice closet space, a little safe for valuables. Laundry available in the complex. They had a great property manager on site that was available for questions and help. The complex has a great pool, perfect for kids as it has a shallow end that has a wall dividing the shallow from the deeper part. Little Italian restaurant and a corner store right outside gate. Quick walk to the beach one way, short walk to town the other way along a road. Or $2 cab rides to town. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay again!

Things you should know about this property

1. The apartment is very close to the sewer system. The smell can be anything from mild and annoying to overpowering and obnoxious. 2. The road leading into town is very narrow, no sidewalk and very fast vehicles. 3. The sea is not suitable for swimming - too polluted 4. Lots of flies getting into apartment

28 days of Coco

The property is very well managed and clean. The pool is gorgeous and the gardens are stunning. The location was good, a bit sketchy at times, but just a short walk to Coco, the beach, fish market and bakery. Our particular unit could have used some updating, which is the only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating, but overall it was serviceable. Many thanks to Hayzell the property manager for her excellent service.

Cocomarindo

Lovely, cozy condo, well equipped kitchen, beautiful well kept grounds and unit is right by the pool. We spent one month and were very comfortable. Owners and property manager were super helpful and very responsive. We walked to the town almost every day, roads are narrow and get somewhat flooded after heavy rainfall and we opted to take a taxi back on a few occasions. Grocery stores were well stocked and we shopped at a vegetable/fruit store and local roadside vendors along the way. The fruits are awesome, best avocados ever, juicy mangoes, delicious melons and papayas plus many more. We enjoyed walking the beach to Playas del Coco where there are numerous restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed the pool and were the only ones there on most days. All in all, we had an amazing stay and would definitely return to Cocomarindo Condos. It is gated and we felt very safe. The security team were super nice, Thank you all.

Great community

Really loved the place from the moment that I booked till the end. Easy going with the owner and Hayzel the property manager. Great pool and a great sens of security. Close to everything and if you chat a bit with the people in the complex you will learn manning places to go to for your groceries. Will comeback for sure

Secluded getaway

The owner was very responsive to any questions and concerns. The kitchen is small but has adequate supplies to prepare meals. Toilet paper was supplied, I would have liked paper towels and dish soap but neither are essential. There were plenty of towels. The pool is amazing, very large with both shallow and deep areas and a swim up bar. The unit now has 2 beach loungers that are locked up, the key is included. There is a locked gate and a security guard to this complex. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach, and about a 15 minute walk to the main street of Coco. Taxis are $2 US to anywhere in town. I would recommend staying here and would stay again.

The Owners were easy to work with; most questions were replied to within a few hours. Unit had basic amenities except consumables like toilet paper. This is not a luxurious condo, but perfectly comfortable for the price. The compact kitchen was fully functional, but a lot like cooking in a RV. The grounds were kept very well and the pool was always clean. The Cocomarindo condos seemed to be mostly long-term / repeat visitors, expat owners and a few locals. The security was tight and the condo felt like a nice tight friendly community that was very safe. Only one item was not as expected. The pictures of the pool show multiple lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun. However all lounges around the pool are privately owned by individual units and this unit did not have any. The Howlers were even kind enough to wake us up each morning so we didn’t miss a moment in the sun!
