This stunning house is perfect for large groups or families, accommodating up to 22 guests. With 6 king beds, 3.5 baths, 3 queen sleepers, and a 7th bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, there`s plenty of space for everyone. Perfect stay for large family or group

We had a fantastic stay, were able to sleep our group of 15 very comfortably. The spaces are well defined. There is an excellent large dining table that allowed our entire group to share meals together. Good sized living room and kitchen, a game room living space in the basement. It is spread out on three floors, which made a great opportunity to have a floor separation for girls in the basement bunks and guys on the 3rd floor with a leader pair on the main floor for sleeping accommodations. We'll have this on our short list for the future!

Great communication with Host and Contact. Decently equipped with eating ware (dishes,glasses, silverware, bath towels, etc. Located in quiet neighborhood. Decent parking for 4 cars. That's all we needed. All in all we were very well satisfied.

Lots and lots of bedrooms.

Overall good. North part of springs, easy access to highways. We had mom, two sisters and their families and us. A bedroom for everyone. The bad: Master bed is broken or needs a new mattress, your feet are above your head and you aggressively roll to the center. Blinds were broken and missing in two bedrooms so you wake up with the 5am sun. Six light bulbs missing or out. Someone who cares needs to do a careful walkthrough.The ping pong table was a hit with the nephews. Would be a 5/5 with just a bit of maintenance.

First time I've been disappointed in a property rented through VRBO; no kitchen towels, was told to use bath towels, bath towels were very limited for number of people and a few smelled like someone used them on their dog, laundry machine was broke, oven smoked when used as it was in need of major cleaning; carpet was very dirty

Location good, cleanliness was good, kitchen and laundry supplies good, but only one dish towel for a 7 day stay and very few bath towels and the quality of the bath towels was terrible. Most of the bedding did not fit the bed and very poor quality. Blinds in master were broken and we had no privacy because of the condition of the blinds. Several lightbulbs missing and lamps that did not work. Rugs had no skid protection and one grandson did fall. Dryer did not dry well and took almost two hours for a small load of towels. Great waste of electricity. All these things could be corrected without spending very much money. Walmart and Sam’s Club are very close by and carry reasonably priced towels and light bulbs and lamps and rugs with non slip backing. A good dryer would reduce the electric bill.

Overall property was fine. There were a few things that needed attention, such as the overhead fan in bedroom number 3 and the mattress in bedroom number one. But we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and enjoyed our family get together. Ver spacious

Great location. Close to restaurants and shopping. Just lacking in outdoor space.

Overall excellent experience. More than enough room for our 4 families. Loved the area. House was as advertised. Only issues were the lack of an outdoor gathering area and the 3 outside garbage containers were completely full upon our arrival and were never emptied.
