Colorado adventures await! The Pikes Peak Vista House is close to everything outdoors, plus all the amenities you want. The house is just minutes from trails, paddle boarding, shopping, dining, and much more.
The ranch-style home with a walk-out basement features two kitchens, five bedrooms, three and a half baths, a wraparound deck, and a shaded patio. With enough space for 10 guests plus 4 couches, the whole family can enjoy space in this peaceful hidden retreat within the secluded pines.
Take a trip to Colorado and retreat from life’s daily stresses while connecting with those who
mean the most. This spacious home on 5 Acres is close to all the attractions and
activities that make Colorado so alluring. Just a short trip from Palmer Lake, this property is
perfect for those looking to fish or paddle board.
The whole family can comfortably stay at Pikes Peak Vistas House. This peaceful retreat is
hidden within the pines and close to a quaint town with plenty of boutiques, beverage shops, restaurants, and activities.
Whether you want to take a trip to the lake or explore and hike the acres of beauty on the
grounds, we know you’ll find something to love at the Pikes Peak Vistas House.
This home is nested in the trees for a truly private experience. There is a peaceful hiking path around the acreage.
Palmer Lake is 2 miles to the west with fishing, paddle boarding, canoeing, etc. We have 2 large paddle boards inside the barn. Feel free to transport them to the lake with you.
Greenland Open Spaces is located off County Line Road to the west; plus many other nature trails nearby. There are miles of walking and biking trails and leashed pets are welcome.
Please be sure to:
*Be respectful of neighbors & outside quiet hours after 9 PM
*Keep dogs with their humans at all times,
*Please bag & pick up after your pet. There are trash cans outside.
*Be mindful to turn off the zoned heaters when not in use.
*Hot tub directions are in the directory at the house.
No smoking anywhere in the house. Ashtrays are provided outside and we ask that no evidence of discards be left in the ashtray or on the grounds.

Great house with lots of space both inside and out. Me enjoyed the visits from the Mule Deers. Host was very responsive. The house was close to town but was private and quiet.

Great house, wonderful communication!

This house was exactly as described. Extremely clean. We had 12 in our group ages 5-76 but we had plenty of room to spread out. The hosts were wonderful and quick to respond. Perfect location for activities in both Denver and Colorado Springs.

Spacious and well appointed

This was a great house for accommodating our family for graduation. Plenty of bedrooms and two really nice, large gathering areas, plus a HUGE deck and spectacular views.

Great house and location

We were a group of 5 couples. There are 5 bedrooms. Everyone said their bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels and bathroom/kitchen supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, dishwasher tabs, etc.. Rene even asked for our preference in coffee and had coffee, tea, and filters available. Kitchen was stocked! The location is beautiful! Great mountain views! We enjoyed the hot tub, cornhole game, and the guys played foosball. The house is very secluded and their were deer regularly in the yard. Lots of parking space. The house is less than 5 minutes from town with everything you need. We loved the Saturday Farmers Market in Monument. We also visited Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Mueller State Park, Cripple Creek, North Cheyenne Canyon Road outside of Colorado Springs, and much more! Perfect Vacation! Rene was very responsive and attended to all our needs when asked. I hope to visit the Beacon Lite House again!

Family vacation in Colorado

We had a great vacation in Colorado. The house in Monument was perfect driving for all the scenic attractions in Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs areas as well as we were able to drive to Denver for the water park and a Rockies game. The house was very spacious and comfortable. The host Rene was very responsive and polite with instructions for check in and checking out and any general questions I had prior to arrival. Would recommend this property for any family traveling to Colorado.

Great Last Minute Getaway

My family of 4 plus our pup decided to take a quick last minute Spring Break trip out to Colorado and we are more than pleased we chose this property. Stunning views, comfortable and quiet accommodations and so close to so much. We would definitely stay here again!
