The house was well located and kept on nice condition. Very spacious to allow many guests and two indoor areas for lounging. The backyard seemed nice, however, we did not utilize it. The kitchen was great. Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again if possible.

I wish we had more time here. We were only able to stay one night because of our timeline. But this was a beautiful home and the kids really enjoyed it!

Great Stay in ABQ

The property was recently updated, very nice inside, and close to what we wanted to see. It was large enough for the entire group, and the owner was able to arrange for us to check in early. It could have used more kitchen equipment (cookie sheets, additional pots and pans). Overall, it was a great rental, and we were very pleased with the experience.

Family vacation

Beautiful property, very modern. We did see 1 live cockroach in the master bedroom bathroom and 2 dead ones in the garage. We also ran out of toilet paper. But after all it was pleasant stay.

Good location, lots of space

This property is located really close to restaurants and shopping. The house provided lots of space, with 5 beds total. We were impressed with the updates in the home and it was very clean. The only con was bugs. There were ants all over the kitchen, even in the sugar container, and cockroaches were found in some of the rooms.

The house was centrally located and worked perfect for what we needed. Gave all of us a nice place to stay and visit. My only complaint was the leak in living room ceiling and one of the beds was broken in large back bedroom. It wasn't a big issue since we had additional rooms and beds available.

Quick stop on the way to Vegas

Albuquerque was the halfway point from Norman, OK to Las Vegas. We had 7 people in our group. Three grown-ups and four 18 year olds for their senior trip. This was the perfect location for a quick overnight stay. Right by the highway, so easy access. Had everything we needed. And, we got to see three road runners playing in the street as we packed up to leave! Very cool!

The house was fine. The neighborhood was not the best. There were a few issues with things like the ceiling having water damages and vents. There was a switch outlet that had no cover so the wires were exposed. They had at coffee table that was broken and very rickety and dangerous because it was made of glass. The sink in the master bedroom did not drain well overall it was okay

The owner was initially communicative and actually allowed us to check in a few hours early. My main complaint was the ceiling damage that we feared was going to fall down on us. There was excessive ceiling damage and mold under one of the falling areas. There was a broken fan hanging precariously in great room that we worried was also going to fall on us. Some areas were dirty (the banquette bench) however the kitchen and bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. It is well decorated and large for big family or group.

Very nice inside

The house was very nice. Everything seemed clean, plenty of dishes and other items. The only thing I didn't like is being so close to the freeway, not a big deal for most people. The hosts were very responsive. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay here our next time in Albuquerque.
