This property was top notch! It was very clean, well decorated and felt very cozy, just like home. The owner was easy to reach. The unit is even better than the photos! It was spacious and felt like a house, not an apartment. Beds were comfortable and bedding was crisp and clean. My trip was to see my terminally ill mother. This unit was a welcoming reprieve after a day sitting @ hospice. Not having to deal with bugs or any issues with cleanliness or comfort was a relief. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe; it’s on the curve of a cul de sac, so no traffic. Private parking is @ the back of the unit (perfect) and it has a mostly enclosed private back patio. The space felt gigantic for myself & teenaged grandson. Should I visit again for a more pleasurable trip, I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this unit again. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area! Thank you James for providing a five star option in Albany, Ga @ a reasonable price.

Clean and comfortable accommodation!

The apartment was clean and conveniently located. No problem with entrance Albany civic center, stores and restaurants were all within a few miles. Rooms and bathrooms were all decent sizes and appointed with some incidentals like hand soap and dish detergent.

Quiet and good location

Love this house at the end of a dead end street. Very quiet! The unit is very nice. Clean and nicely decorated. Main bedroom king bed is very comfortable! Feels like a foam mattress. Parking is very easy right outside back door.

Very Disappointed

House was not clean whatsoever. Little to none response from host. Would not give me my money back after initially saying he would. Food left in sink, liquid oozed in fridge, pee stains on carpet, mouse turds.

Perfect place to stay!

I booked this unit in June for a weekend and was so impressed I HAD to book again when I came back to visit family. From the initial booking, to checking in, to communicating with host.... everything was super easy and expeditiously executed! The unit is spacious and very cozy. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. And the people are very friendly. I will be booking this unit again!!

The property was nice and spacious; exactly like the pictures with comfortable beds and great water pressure. Only downfall was one of the bedrooms TVs did not work and I tried contacting the host with no response or success. Great stay though, and close to everything.
