This home is a favorite for traveling nurses and those with long term job assignments in this area. This home is Very nice, spacious, peaceful and well lit. This home has been well taken care of and is less than 3 minutes from the mall, restaurants, Walmart, Target, specialty stores and night life. Home is situated in a well established neighborhood in Northwest Albany and is perfect for a quick get away, long or short term job assignment, family time, or just simply rest. This home stands out because of the central location to everything. Phoebe Putney memorial hospital is only a 7 minute drive and most destinations are less than a $10 ride share drive.
The neighbors are very nice and respect everyone's right to privacy. The home can easily sleep 6 and can be the go to spot for future visits and getaways. Traveling nurses, coporate travelers, and those seeking a comfortable safe quiet place are frequently drawn to this wonderful home.

Everytime someone travels especially nurses, they want space, safety, and tranquility. With the amount of space this property has, there is enough space that each individual can have their own area and never have to worry about crowding. This property offers high speed powerful internet, a full kitchen with all appliances, and smart roku tvs in the family room and each bedroom with hundreds of apps. There is also a huge fenced backyard with a small patio that is lovely to relax in. Each bed is encased with a water proof encasement to help prevent the spread of any type of illness or germ. Each bed also has padding to add comfort to a great night's sleep.

This property is very spacious and has roku smart tvs in each room that each have hundreds of free channels. Each smart tv is firestick ready and the wifi is super fast thru out the entire home. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors take pride in the serene nature of the entire neighborhood. The neighbors are very friendly and truly take pride in their properties and quiet enjoyment. The close proximity to the mall, numerous restaurants, Wal Mart, Sam's, Target, and numerous other venues including the hospital is what attracts numerous traveling nurses, families, and executives on long term business assignments. You will definitely enjoy this property.
