Welcome to Gathering Place at Hilltop Acres! Situated on a scenic hilltop, the property boasts breathtaking views of the surrounding neighborhood and our private, stocked pond. With plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to gather and unwind, this home is perfect for family vacations, corporate retreats, or special occasions. Conveniently located just a short drive from local attractions, restaurants, and wineries, our home is the perfect place to experience Clarksville's natural beauty and charm!

Our stunning 7-bedroom, 4-bathroom vacation home offers a spacious and serene retreat for your group of up to 20 guests. With over 4,000 square feet of indoor living space and 5 acres of private land to explore, there's plenty of room for your whole group to spread out and relax.

Guest Access:
Our home comes equipped with an electronic lock, so no need to worry about losing keys. You will receive a custom door code within 48 hours of your stay. We have a property manager in the area in case of emergencies.

Property was perfect for a large family gathering for a wedding. Each family unit had a secluded area while gathering together was easy in the main floor area as well as outside. The young ones loved the outdoor swing. Property manager was quick to respond and handle any concerns or questions. Great stay.

Family Celebration

Rented the home to have the extended family attend our sons retirement from the Army. Home was perfect for multiple families to be together under one roof but have the space to spread out.Communication was great with hosts.

Big family vacation

Perfectly set up house for our family of 19! Loved the separate spaces yet large common areas. The backyard was beautiful! Only thing it was missing was a few games to play. We will be back

Sons wedding weekend

The house was beautiful and big enough to accommodate my family and friends. Loved that each floor has a kitchen and refrigerator. Very clean. Thank you. Will use again for our next trip.

I found the house to be pretty great and I recommend the house to anyone looking. This house provides lots of space for multi-family stays or for people who want to be able to spread out while vacationing together. We had initially planned for 20 people, but a couple families ended up not being able to make it so we had up to 10 people at the house. Even with the lower number we enjoyed the house. With the 3 living rooms available there was the ability to play video games or watch movies in different locations, which was really nice. A big back yard with pretty lights outside, the fire pit was great. We were only able to have one fire in the fire pit due to not having time since we had other activities planned, but it was a nice time with the fire.The bed I had was nice and no one complained about the bed they slept in, so I count that as a positive. :-)Washer and dryer were nice and worked fine. We just used the main kitchen during our entire stay and it was stocked with the various cooking and eating things we needed. There are 3 kitchens total. The two kitchens we did not use were a "simpler" style kitchen, but they each had a fridge, stove, sink, dishes...the usual things needed for a kitchen. We found activities in the area to do including but not limited to the Casey Jones Distillery tour and bottle making activity, the MB Rolland bottle making activity, the Tennessee Smelting and Ingot Activity, as well as various restaurants, shops and arcades.

Clarksville 's New Year

I loved how the house was set up. The 8 grandkids had one wing of the house to sleep in. We really appreciated all the little extras that welcomed us. The one family from Florida was thankful for the early check in.

APSU Graduation/ family reunion

My family & I were visiting Clarksville for a graduation and stayed for the weekend. My mother, who passed in June 23, found this house and was so intrigued by the three kitchens, I had to rent it. We enjoyed the stay, the house was huge and very welcoming. The 5-acre yard is also large and spacious. My one complaint was that the yard wasn't mowed, otherwise, everything was perfect. If in the area, I would definitely stay again.

Excellent Gathering Place

We loved how much room there was for our group. There were lots of places to rest and enjoy each others company. The fire pit was a favorite!! The beds were super comfy and we hope to come back!
